Weekends are days when we just randomly find places to eat as there is always a long queue at places we want to teat. On this day, we found 90s Cafe. There was a fair number of diners so we gave it a try.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. They also have a daily lunch menu that is in Chinese only.I decided to order from the tea set menu as it came with a drink. Stir Fried Beef Noodles ($45) is what I ordered. It said it was light portion and they were fairly correct.

The place was clean and tidy but the food wasn't very good. Really don't think I'd be back.
