相信大家都有聽過 Honbo ，佢地獲獎無數🏆 包括美國新聞網Bloomberg嘅「全球最佳漢堡店2020」同埋國際旅遊網站 Big 7 Travel嘅「亞洲 50間最佳漢堡店 2019」，等左咁耐終於可以自己去試下係咪真係咁好食😜 Honbo係由一位外國醫生開辦，佢發現依家嘅漢堡只可以滿足視覺享受，但質素越黎越差，於是想帶返傳統加州嘅漢堡返黎香港🍔 今日黎到尖沙嘴分店，裝修以清新嘅藍白色為主，坐窗邊更可以嘆無敵海景添🌊 Honbo has gotten many awards over the years, and they hope to bring top quality American burgers to the locals here in HK. 佢地所有嘅漢堡都喺自家製，由薯仔牛奶嘅漢堡包皮到漢堡肉都係每日新鮮製作架❤️🔥 呢個用左威斯康星州嘅Double Gold牛肉嘅漢堡肉扒望落就知有幾juicy，2.0即係有四塊扒，一路食一路滴汁，牛香濃郁，絕對可以滿足各位食肉獸🤪 每層肉之間夾著一塊美式芝士，為漢堡增添了額外嘅口感同鹹香味，有助減低油膩感🧀 雖然真係少貴，但已佢嘅質素同份量黎講真係物有所值🙌🏼
All of their burger buns and patties are made fresh in house everyday. The patties are made of Double Gold beef, and this 2.0 version has 4 juicy patties, layered with melty cheese.

Buffalo Wings
呢個係一道起源於美國紐約州嘅菜色，以使用熱辣嘅醬汁同煎炸嘅方式製作出口感酥脆，香辣可口嘅雞翅🍗 佢地喺上面仲淋上少少藍紋芝士醬，額外添加左啲creamy嘅感覺😉
This dish originated from NYC, which is fried chicken wings covered in a sour and spicy sauce. The additional cheese poured on top made it more creamy.

Cheese Fries
即叫即炸嘅新鮮手切嘅薯條上面鋪上一大羹溶芝士，薯條酥脆嘅口感同芝士柔軟嘅質地相互平衡，呢個鹹味嘅組合實無得輸🍟
These hand cut fries were super crispy, which went so well with the gooey cheese poured on top.
