The food here was so awful.  I'm really not sure why they are so popular... When the sushi came out, the rice was warm, causing the fish to be slightly warm and also the seaweed to be completely soggy. I'm sorry, but I've had supermarket sushi that was better than that.  We ordered miso soup, salmon hand rolls, sea urchin and roe sushi, roe salad, and soft shell crab sushi roll (the fried crab tempura in this was also soggy). The food here was so awful.  I'm really not sure why they are so popular... When the sushi came out, the rice was warm, causing the fish to be slightly warm and also the seaweed to be completely soggy. I'm sorry, but I've had supermarket sushi that was better than that.  We ordered miso soup, salmon hand rolls, sea urchin and roe sushi, roe salad, and soft shell crab sushi roll (the fried crab tempura in this was also soggy). The best part of the meal was the miso soup. It had tiny clams, which I enjoyed. And I do have to say the proportion sizes were gargantuan so neither of us left hungry.  We ended up spending $298 on dinner for two. Overall, would not recommend and will not be returning. There are better sushi restaurants out there.  Don't waste your time here.  (Not that they give that much time since there is a 45 minute limit for diners.)
