疫情期間係屋企煮飯仔煮得太多,偶爾都會想出去試下食新野,今日去左青衣城的The Point食晚餐!而家係lobster 做主題,好多菜式都加左lobster 元素Seafood迷的我同朋友剛左二人餐,由湯到pasta 到pizza 都upgrade 左做lobster 的菜式,雖然花多左少少錢upgrade, 但值得!龍蝦湯正,完全唔係味精味!平時飲完啲味精湯會好口乾要勁飲水,呢個唔會!Lobster mac & cheese: 佢的pasta 好掛汁,每一啖都stick with 濃濃的lobster sauce 同cheese, 焗得恰到好處,面頭有啲焦焦香香,好味!Lobster pizza: 先講餅底,佢係不太厚但又不是薄脆底的那種,上面有彈牙的龍蝦肉,肉冇因為高溫焗而變得乾身,加上大量cheese 係面,好食!最後叫左杯我最歡喜又養生的pomegranate lemon juice,完全係冇添加的感覺!fresh !

Lobster pizza: 先講餅底,佢係不太厚但又不是薄脆底的那種,上面有彈牙的龍蝦肉,肉冇因為高溫焗而變得乾身,加上大量cheese 係面,好食!
最後叫左杯我最歡喜又養生的pomegranate lemon juice,完全係冇添加的感覺!fresh !
