一心想試下homemade意粉,果然冇失望,但係服務態度簡直係茶餐廳level.首先,一坐底,個staff攞兩隻水杯黎,茶餐廳式del落黎,跟住成十分鐘都唔倒杯水黎,亦唔問下你飲咩,到叫完野食先倒杯水黎飲!到叫野食,我想點parma ham, 一個pasta同一個pizza,當我叫左ham同pasta,想叫佢介紹下pizza,我都未講就粒聲唔出行開,我以為佢有其他事做,但係佢行開左之後冇返黎,我叫返佢過黎問佢:'我頭先叫啲野落左單未?我未叫完野架喎,'. 佢話:'吓??未叫完?我落左啦!!'我都忍佢,叫佢介紹下啲pizza,老實講我就真係唔係完全睇得明佢啲so-call英文,點知呢個哥仔都唔識,搵個senior啲嘅黎先知道嗰啲係唔同嘅芝士囉......到食完ham同pasta之後超過15分鐘,個pizza都未到...我問返個staff,佢話整緊...隔離嗰張遲過我黎都食完,賣單走左啦......最過份係佢同我講整緊嗰時係企喺我背後講,大佬你係咪應該企喺我面前望住人講野呢?呢啲係基本禮儀...過左一陣,有個類似manager嘅過黎話整緊,ok,又等多10分鐘,我諗落單到我見到個pizza

賣單嗰陣我見到張單有一蚊donation,佢地冇諗住解釋下係咩黎...算啦...返正咁嘅服務,我係一蚊tips都比多佢!!
ham同pasta都好OK,但係個意式鹹魚真係太鹹,可能呢個係真正嘅味道,我冇去過意大利真係唔知亦唔識comment,但係我認為香港人一定食唔慣.
I wanna try the home made pasta, which is really impress me. However, the services provided is only a 'fast food restaurant level', which really disappoint me so much!!
Well, when I sit down, the waiter just 'drop down' the 2 water cups there. No water is provided and he is not asking us what we wanna drink for at least 10min until we order food.
When ordering the food, I wanna order for parma ham, pasta and pizza. after i ordered the ham and pasta, the waiter suddenly walk away without saying a single word....Well, i think he may have something to do and will return to me soon, but this is not the case until I asked him ' Have you place order on my food? I have not finish ordering'. Then he just answer me:'Haa?? Not finished? Place order already!!'
Well, it is okay.... (Although I am a bit angry) and I asked him to introduce to me for the pizza. I really cannot understad fully on the wording in the menu written in so-call English...God knows this waiter also don't know and find a senior to help....And finally i know what it is... Those word I don't know are the different name of cheese.....
Then the pizza is not yet ready 15min after I finihsed the ham and the pasta. I asked the staff to check and he told me that they are makign it. well, another table of people come after us already finished, paid and left. And the thing that make me really feel angry is that, this staff is talking to me and stand at my back.... Well, I think it is very impolite to talk to people and customer like this. At least, you should stand in front of me and look at me when talking ith us. It is really even worse than fast food restaurant......
Waiting for a while again, the manager (I think) come and told me again that they are making the piza and give him few minutes. he is really polite and look at me when talking to us. Ok... another 10mins......... The pizza is ready. I have wait for an hour from ordering until I saw the pizza....
When paying the bill, I saw a HKD1 charge named as some donation purpose. I think they are not intented to tell you what it is... Well. I give up... I will not pay for any extra service charge or tips......
for the food, the ham and pizza is good , but the italian fish is really salty. Well, I have never been in Italy, so it is not good for me to comment. Maybe it is the real style, but I am sure HK people may not easily accept it.
Hope the service can improve..... I really like the decolration and the pasta!
