李家係來自韓國嘅過冮龍,被稱為香港第一代嘅炸雞店🍗 佢地總共有五間分店,主打韓國小菜,炸雞、石鍋飯、拌面等等應有盡有🇰🇷 店舖裡面嘅裝潢比較家庭式,而且會長期播著Kpop,真係好似置身於韓國咁🥰Chicken HOF & Soju is a chain from Korea which supposedly was the first generation of fried chicken shop in hk. Apart from fried chicken, they also offer a variety of Korean dishes. Chicken Ginseng Soup
韓國人原來好鍾意喺夏天飲熱湯,因為佢地相信「以熱治熱」😅 人蔘湯用左出左世幾個月嘅幼雞🐣 喺肚裡面塞入人蔘、紅棗、杞子同糯米等材料後再放入石鍋燉煮😌 雞肉質感軟嫩而且好輕易就可以肉骨分離,清湯吸收曬雞嘅精華後變得清甜滑順,裡面仲有好多養身嘅藥材,相當足料👍🏼
A month old chick is used, stuffing sticky rice, ginseng, dates and other ingredients into its chest and stomach. After steaming it for several hours, the meat falls off the bone easily and is very tender. The soup base was very aromatic because it has absorbed all the essence from the chicken.

豬肋骨係韓國烤肉餐廳嘅熱門餐點之一🐷 一份有八條豬骨,肥瘦均勻而且肉質濕潤,加埋甜甜辣辣嘅醬汁非常開胃😝 下面仲有生洋蔥墊底,解膩一流🧅
8 pieces of pork ribs were marinated and smothered in spicy barbecue sauce, which gave it a smokey flavour. The meat had a perfect fat ratio and it was very moist and soft. The bottom was lined with onion slices for you to have in between bites to help with the heaviness.

韓式嘅蒸蛋與別不同,因為佢地會將高湯同雞蛋放入陶鍋中快速加熱,令佢變得非常蓬鬆😍 軟綿綿嘅蒸蛋配上後爽口紅蘿蔔粒、香蔥同埋芝麻口感豐富,而且用石鍋上就可以保持溫度,就算放左一陣都仲熱辣辣🔥
The steamed egg is a combination of broth and eggs, and most importantly the procedure of heating in a clay pot which is the key to making it fluffy and airy. It was extraordinary smooth, with carrot bits, scallion and sesame to enhance the textures and flavour.
