Another colleague had his last day today! He gave us cold cream puff. Mine was custard + original flavour, while someone got chocolate flavour. The pastry part (pâte à choux) was not crunchy at all. Actually it’s quite soft and soggy. But the whipped cream filling was delicious! You can see two colours in the filling - yellow (custard) and white (original), and it’s silky smooth! Its not too sweet too! Nice!
