JOMO係一間比較隱蔽嘅cafe 如果唔係特登去搵都應該唔會留意到佢 入到去座位有限 如果多人應該會難啲搵位 This cafe near HKU is quite hidden, it’s probably not somewhere you’ll stumble upon unless you’re looking for it specifically. Their chiffon cakes are incredibly moist and fluffy. It feels so light in your mouth, especially when it’s paired with the cream dribbled on top. The earl grey flavour is also quite distinct, which is definitely a huge plus!
Matcha Roll Cake ($48) - 中間
抹茶roll cake嘅蛋糕一樣咁高質 中間嘅cream亦都唔太膩 如果抹茶味可以更多回甘咁就好喇
Similar to the chiffon cake, the roll cake also has a similar moist and fluffy texture. The amount of cream inside is just right, and it doesn’t feel too heavy. It would be better if the matcha was a bit stronger though.
Banana Caramel Cheesecake ($52) - 左下
banana cheesecake算係實身嘅cheesecake 芝士味濃郁得黎唔會太heavy 而且入面仲有香蕉嘅果肉 餅底仲係脆嘅 配上佢嘅焦糖香蕉一齊食好好味!
JOMO’s cheesecakes are a bit on the denser side, but it has a strong cheesy flavour without being too filling. The cheese portion also has bits of banana in it, which went well with the crunchy crust at the bottom.
