今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於銅鑼灣嘅 Project C，我哋被佢嘅工業風裝潢所吸引，就決定去嘗試一次，而食物質素亦足以令我哋再次光顧。Project C 不設座位，中午時段不乏上班族光顧，可見其口碑不錯。Project C is a cafe located in Causeway Bay, decorated in industrial loft style. Gingerbread Latte $60 / Honey Ginger Latte $50
呢個係冬季期間限定，而時至今日我哋仍然超級掛住依兩杯飲品。兩者嘅味道差唔多，但前者香料味比較重而且有較香嘅玉桂味，而後者嘅蜂蜜則感覺更為潤喉。我哋對兩款薑味飲品都好欣賞，值得一提嘅係飲品並唔係用粉去沖，所以味道突出之餘仲好自然。好期待之後會再次推出依兩款季節限定飲料。
We highly appreciate these two cups of seasonal drinks. The taste of gingerbread latte and honey ginger latte is quite similar. The former one is more spiced and with more fragrant cinnamon taste, while the latter one has a more outstanding flavour of honey that sweetens the flavour. The taste of ginger is really natural, and we look forward that Project C will bring these two drinks on their list again.

Classic Chocolate $45
朱古力味道濃郁，味道唔會太甜，而且質感幼滑，值得一試。
The Classic chocolate is rich in flavour and smooth in texture. It is worth a try as it will not taste too sweet.
