在V City這屯門大型商場內, 大部分食肆也是連鎖形式經營, 這也可以預期, 唯一沒有在其他地方有分店的, 老虎冰室是否少數的一家. 這家茶餐廳走新潮路線, 最醒晨的是大型老虎霓虹燈裝飾, 這有點向Bape設計致敬的意味. 餐廳最出名的是鳗魚蛋包飯, 但對我而言這並非香港傳統茶記菜式, 反而是西日式Cafe才應該有的.於是我點了避風塘乾炒牛河, 相當有港味的午餐, 避風塘做法也就是乾蒜辣椒炒法, 以處理海鮮為主, 可以做法相當惹味. 乾炒牛河基本功做得不錯, 河粉上色和黏合度可以, 鑊氣夠, 牛肉口感爽實, 味道濃烈只是這做法比一般的更油膩. 份量一般於是再點了瑞士汁雞翼, 雞翼沒有雪藏味, 肉質和醬汁入味到也可以, 但是汁料較為死鹹, 少了一份甜味, 雞翼皮上的毛髮還有些少, 吃起來有點尷尬呢!Tiger Cafe is the HK style cafe in V city that is one of the largest shopping mall in Tuen Mun. The fried rice noodles with beef have contained dry garlic and chili. It tastes more spicy and nasty but a bit greasy. The portion should be more for fictional lunch. The soy sauce chicken wing can be improved by shelving the fit more throughly and increase the complication of the sauce:
