Date: Friday 5th Sept 2010Ordered: 榴槤豆腐花 Durian ToFu pudding & 豆腐雪沙冰 ToFu IceTaste: 榴槤豆腐花 Durian ToFu pudding was the best i have tasted. The ToFu pudding was smooth and light. And theres creamy durian on top. Was so delicious. No artificial taste, was made with real durian. Couldn't help to finish it all. BUT as Durian is very 熱氣, I had this at night, the next day I had a sore throat and became ill from 熱傷風. iw ould reccomend to eat it at day time and share this dessert. But it is definately

豆腐雪沙冰 ToFu Ice: I was quite sceptic about this Ice. I have had vanilla flavour and chocolate and other flavour but not tofu. tofu is rather bland i think. But this was good. I love how intense the tofu flavour was, with some fruits. The ice was iced cold, and gave me this adrenaline rush. was fantastic. Maybe it was Tofu, i had the feeling it is very healthy.
PS: The male waiter that served us was rather rude. i asked him for details of the dessert, eh did not explain much and had this horrible attitude. And was not polite and seemed to be very impatient. i think he needs some improvement.

味道：榴槤豆腐花是最好的味道。榴槤豆腐花光滑。如此美味。無人家工味道，有真正榴蓮。我自己吃了全個。但作為榴蓮是很熱氣，我是在晚上吃的，第二天我嗓子疼，病倒了﹐ 是熱傷風。請不要在夜晚吃﹐ 是十分熱氣﹐ 還要跟友人分享﹐ 減小熱氣
豆腐雪沙冰：初頭我很懷疑這個冰是不是不好味。我吃過有香草味，巧克力味等，但沒有豆腐味。豆腐是我覺得比較乏味。但是，這是很好的。我喜歡激烈的豆腐風味，有一些水果。冰是冰冰冷，並吃得我這個熱血沸騰。真是太棒了。也許是豆腐，我感覺這是非常健康的。
注意：服務我們的男性服務員是相當粗魯。我問他甜品的細節，他沒有解釋太多，而且態度惡劣。一點都不不客氣，似乎很不耐煩。我認為他需要作一些改進。
