為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

從餐廳外表看來, 我還以為它只是一家在海旁的酒吧或者咖啡店, 提供著輕食去送酒或配咖啡, 但從菜單看來, 提供的主菜款式相當豐富, 當中不乏一些有心思的Fusion菜式, 例如是一夜乾窩飯, 油香和鹹香均, 飯粒吸收了精華, 飽滿而豐味, 但依然能夠保持乾身, 不會糊化, 相當有驚喜. 另一道有驚喜的是前菜的紙包蝦, 甜辣汁醬除了平均沾在炸香過的蝦身外, 也能深入蝦肉之中, 送啤酒一流. 扒類烤的火候處理得不錯, 二百多元定價正常, 可以吹着海風吃晚飯, 也算是不錯的享受.From the appearance of the restaurant, I initially thought it was just a bar or café by the seaside, offering light snacks to accompany drinks or coffee. It is quite surprising. Another delightful dish is the paper-wrapped shrimp appetizer. The sweet and spicy sauce not only coats the fried shrimp nicely but also penetrates into the meat, making it a perfect complement to a beer. The grilled dishes are cooked to perfection, and with a price of around 200 dollars, it's a reasonable option to enjoy a dinner while feeling the sea breeze. Overall, it's a great dining experience.
