開咗廿叄拾年嘅老字號,係門口掛滿一隻隻燒雞鴨鵝、叉燒、燒肉、燒骨,香味撲鼻,忍唔住衝動坐咗入去。間舖幾寬敞乾淨,中午12點都唔會坐得好逼。最緊要係佢地啲燒味真係正,全部都係後廚房起爐即燒即賣,夠晒新鮮!點咗一碟叉燒切雞飯(46蚊),叉燒肥瘦啱啱好,白切雞肉質鮮嫩配埋油蔥,真係吃過翻尋味!30 years Traditional Siu Mei restaurant located in Tsuen Wan. It was served with just nicely roasted pork with a little sweet favour, and the chicken boiled fresh and tender(even epic if you eat with 油蔥(oil-scallion)) for which I'm absolutely gonna come once again!
