Sakura Shrimp🦐Ramen🍜with Chashu🐖in Thick Lobster🦞Broth- The broth has strong Lobster🦞aroma and taste. Not thick, not sticky, perfect texture. The only thing wanna complain is - bit not enough soup as there is quite a lot of Ramen🍜- Loads of Sakura Shrimp🦐Beautiful and provide crunchy texture but taste blend- Half-boiled egg🥚is a bit overcooked- Thin Ramen🍜with around 0.3cm diameter is al dente and perfect match with the thin but strong taste broth- Deep fried Lotus Root Slices are tasty, crunchy
