[#tuenmun] [#hfortaiwanesefood] I believe everyone knows about Teawood 茶木 due to its famous Honey Brick Toast. Made a visit to Teawood recently after work and tried their new product!First we had the soft boiled egg 溏心蛋 - yessss well marinated with rich egg flavour. Then we had two main dishes, one being the Hand-made Noodles with Cuttlefish sauce and cream 烏賊汁奶油中卷手作麵 and another being the Traditional braised Beef Noodles 古早紅燒牛肉拌麵。I love both of them, the noodles were springy and chewy. Then we had two main dishes, one being the Hand-made Noodles with Cuttlefish sauce and cream 烏賊汁奶油中卷手作麵 and another being the Traditional braised Beef Noodles 古早紅燒牛肉拌麵。I love both of them, the noodles were springy and chewy. And I specifically love the decoration of 古早紅燒牛肉拌麵, with the little topper "Miss You, See You 想你·見你" on top. The beef was also tender and the noodles were quite special with a bit of spiciness - which I really liked a lot!
We also ordered the evil bubble tea 脆脆黑糖瀑布汁珍珠奶茶, in addition to looking good, overall the drink is good too. Taro balls on top were chewy, the cup was surrounded by chocolate with more bubbles inside the drink. Nice!
Finally we had the dessert, and of course we ordered their honey toast, but this one, Green Apple Honey Toast with Avocado 青蘋果酪梨蜜糖磚塊 was really special! Not only is it super eye-catching with its green, but it is also quite refreshing! The avocados were not weird at all and surprisingly matched the ice cream and the toast. Toasts were as warm and crispy as usual, with the fruits on the side, this is definitely a very fulfilling dinner.
