It’s nothing better that chilling around the beach with a friend, sipping a glass of cold refreshing drink. I went to The Pulse just for this, and the Classified with beach side chairs quickly got my attention. The host arranged a table for us in quite an orgainsed way, when there are a good amount of people waiting around the restaurant.
We ordered the burger, the fish and chips and a couple of cold drinks. I ordered a drink that contains wheatgrass, attempted to balance out just a tiny bit with the high calories dishes. As a British Chinese, my hope for finding authentic delicious fish and chips in Hong Kong has long been gone. But to be fair, the fish and chips Classified served was not bad, and the chips were fine as well. The burger was not bad either, the meat was juicy and the bun was fresh. The wheatgrass drink was very grassy, and seems to balance well with my oily lunch. With sunshine coming into the restaurent, it’s a nice place to spend the lunch with friends.
沒有東西比跟朋友吹著海風，喝著清涼飲品在海灘輕鬆一下更好。我去The Pulse正是為此，在門外放著沙灘椅子的Classified 很快就得到了我的注意。雖然周邊有不少人等候，員工也以相當妥當的方式幫我們安排了座位。
我們點了漢堡包，炸魚薯條和兩杯凍飲。我叫了一杯含小麥草的飲料，試圖平衡高熱量的食物。作為BBC，我對在香港尋找正宗炸魚薯條的希望已經早不存在。但客觀評論，Classified的炸魚做的不錯，薯條都很好。漢堡亦可以的，肉算多汁和麵包亦新鮮。小麥草飲品草味濃郁，似乎與我的油味午餐平衡得不錯。在這個有陽光滲入的餐廳與朋友共進午餐確實很好。
