It was a very frustrating experience organizing a group dinner here. The third year we used this place. It was very good all along. This year, they have all new staff. When we came for dinner, we asked them to get us some 青島, as we had 30 and they didn't speak Chinese so I just specified what we wanted to make things simple. It was a very frustrating experience organizing a group dinner here. The third year we used this place. It was very good all along. This year, they have all new staff. When we came for dinner, we asked them to get us some 青島, as we had 30 and they didn't speak Chinese so I just specified what we wanted to make things simple. But they got us Heineken, San Miguel and even water (distilled water with extra costs, whilst the restaurant had charged us for 茶芥 already), and hid the 青島 underneth Heineken and San Miguel. I guess it was because 青島 was cheaper and they wanted to sell the more expensive ones. Worst, because the waitresses didn't speak English and didn't know what to do with so many choices, they stood there for quite a while. I finally noticed that and sorted it out myself. Food was okay, but all came within 15 minutes. I walked away for 1 or 2 minutes and later, I didn't know why but the waitresses brought us some plain rice, which no one touched and the colleagues in my table didn't speak Chinese at all. Shouldn't the waitresses check with the organizer if the guests were ordering something? Besides, we had order fried rice and fried noodles already, which the waitresses knew. And, before we left, the Korean colleague told me that he actually had a small piece of glasses in his mango pudding. As there were too many people, no one got hurt and that it's rather late, I didn't bother to complain. Price-wise it was quite cheap but services this time was really really poor. I am so disappointed and wouldn't come again.
