The middle of the restaurant was where all the food were. There were many dishes that surprised me, like spicy and numb “chicken”, marinated meats, sweet and sour pork etc. Everything was stacked and they made sure to refill it from time to time.
晚市新推出嘅菠菜卷賣相不錯，綠色嘅菠菜皮包住五顏六色嘅蔬菜，食落好清爽😋 素鹹魚煎肉餅真係第一次見，口感外脆內韌，真係有鹹魚味㗎喎🤪 鍾意食芝士嘅一定要試下佢地嘅披薩，店員一擺出黎嗰陣熱辣辣，仲有拉絲效果添🧀
Spinach wrap was stuffed with various shredded veggies, which gave it a crunchy texture. Salted fish meat loaf tasted like actual meat which was very impressive. The pizza was fresh out of the oven, so the cheese was still sizzling hot.
依家仲有好多港台小食，例如滷味，煎釀三寶，小炒王等等都整得似模似樣👍🏼 我最鍾意就係香酥鴨，用炸麵皮包住綿密嘅芋泥同紮實嘅豆皮口感好豐富🤩 生炒骨係甜酸醬加炸麵粉同三色椒，口感唔係好似但非常入味☺️
There were also Taiwanese and Hong Kong dishes, which were all so similar to the actual thing. The crispy duck was especially outstanding, as it was made with a mellow taro paste and bean curd. The textures and flavours were phenomenal.
甜品亦有唔少款式，包括港式嘅紅豆糕同椰汁糕，甜度啱啱好，食多幾嚿都唔會膩😆 打開個木桶見到豆腐花，自己用鐵羹潷幾得意，口感滑溜豆味濃郁😇 最後食返幾塊鮮甜多汁嘅網紋瓜，為呢餐做個完美嘅結束🤰🏻
For dessert, the red bean and coconut puddings were quite nice with just the right amount of sweetness. There was also a wooden tub filled with tofu pudding which you can spoon out yourself. Don’t forget to end the meal with some super juicy melons!
