一向有幫襯開這間店買沙律，一直都相安無事, 不知是否因為天氣轉熱，定係這間店製作沙律的過程不像以往那麼認真和嚴謹，今日叫了一盒雞肉沙律加粟米， 返回公司吃了五分鐘突然發覺一塊葉內藏有一隻昆蟲， 好彩昆蟲已死不過嚇了一 跳 。我立刻將沙律完原盒打包返回這店投訴 ，店長有問是否要重新做沙律給我或轉食其他食物，但因為昆蟲陰影對他們店失去信心，我亦有想難保他們其他沙律菜會唔會也有昆蟲呢，我要求退回費用， 店長亦同意退回款。 其實除了昆蟲問題，我亦覺得這店沙律製作過程不像初次幫襯時那麼 嚴謹，亦留意近幾次幫襯的沙律菜葉很已“生鏽”，這代表不是很新鮮，已加配粟米的分量不是很多， 越嚟越唔抵食， 今次事件便不再幫襯 ，亦遺憾沒有即時影低相， 不過以上說的我實話實說。 (English version of my comment)I have been a regular customer of this shop, as I worked in the same area. I have been a regular customer of this shop, as I worked in the same area. It was hot today, so I decided to get my usual from this shop, I ordered a chicken caesar salad with caesar dressing and corn as additional topping. I went back to my office and after eating 5 minutes, I noticed there was a bug laying inside a lettuce leaf of my salad. Luckily, the bug was dead, bug was dry too. I was worried as I have some lettuce, lets hope I am still fine by tonight.
I immediately went back to the shop to complain as this is unacceptable. The lady at the cashier offered to re-do my order or to prepare something else for me, but since there was bug in their lettuce leaves, there is a good chance that the rest of their lettuce are not cleaned properly, I did not order something else as well as after complaining I don't felt safe of ordering something else from them. I asked for refund of my meal, which the lady at the cashier complied. This is the last time I will order from this shop.
Beside bug issue, I also noted in my recent orders, the lettuce leaves were a bit red, which indicating that they are not fresh. Salad is something that needs to be made fresh, using not fresh products to make salads for customer are not acceptable.
P.S Sadly due to rage and rush to complain about my bug salad, I did not have time to take photo of my bug salad. Having said that, what I said is true.
