湯底濃，味道天然沒味精，帶點醬油味，不太咸。
牛肉腍度適中，不太咸但不算很濃味。
是手工粗麵，麵質煙韌彈牙。

As there was no extra space to put the belongings, the staff put a hook on the side of table for us to keep the belongings.
I didn’t scan the QR code to order the food. The staff assisted me in placing the order.
Beef Noodles ($77) and Hot Winter-melon tea (add $10) were ordered.

The portion was reasonable.
The soup base was rich in natural flavour that free of MSG, with hints of soy sauce, not too salty.
The beef was tender, not too salty.
The homemade noodle was al-dente.

Not too sweet and tasted natural.
