這碟炸雞的份量非常多，雖然炸得十分香脆，但內裏亦保留十分多的肉汁，而且吃不到雪藏味道，而炸雞表皮上的乳酪粉，帶一點酸酸甜甜，增加了雞肉的鮮味。除了炸雞之外還配有炸薯塊，所以整道菜式的份量十分大。

這個紫菜手抓飯看似平平無奇，但有趣的地方是客人需要親手製作。廚師會奉上借碗備有多款材料的米飯，客人將所有材料拌勻後，在戴上手套，將飯搓成圓球狀。除了好吃之餘，亦十分有趣。

這款手工啤酒有很香的麥味，感覺非常清新。至於這個柚子韓國酒，入口非常香甜，不過略嫌柚子味道不算太濃
