finally found an authentic beijing restaurant in hong kong, really very difficult to find a good restaurant here. i am very picky about food that's why i'm generally very disappointed about the new style beijing/ shanghai restaurants in hk - they are all hongkong-ized - put a lot of soya sauce, A LOT OF ADDITIVES, not spicy, bad seasoning and without much onion/garlic/vinegar.u can see that the owner of this restaurant puts heard into it - decor (even the air conditioning is not terribly hk-stan

u can see that the owner of this restaurant puts heard into it - decor (even the air conditioning is not terribly hk-standard-strong), all the dishes are nice.

if you have stayed in beijing and like its 家常菜, u will find this again in this restaurant
