this is the favourite resto for my lunch after routine running from northpoint to peak which is very tired route for losing my fat belly. but u still need to remain this trainning after 30 years old as our metabolic reduced a lot. if you dont keep it up your fat will accumulate in your blood vessel harmful to your body. if you dont wanna die, must to keep it up.
