潤肺杏仁蛋白 $23 Very smooth and silky, not too thick and not too watery. Strong almond taste but not overwhelming, also has some sweetness to it that matches well with the egg whites. The egg white was absolutely divine, there was a lot of loose egg whites in each bite and some was rather plump Han others which gave an amazing texture contrast and the silkiness of the egg white really made me love this dish. 腰果露 $19
I had one bite of this and the flavors already blew me away, the texture was so smooth and creamy. Not watery but border-lining thick. The cashew flavor was very subtle but there is a very nutty taste to it. This was definitely on the sweet side compared to my 杏仁蛋白 so I think people with sweet tooth or even a sight liking to sweetness would enjoy this. And considering the price it is very worth it as there was quite a lot of sips. This dessert is also only available on weekends so I definitely suggest you stop by if you are near any of their shops on the weekend. (They have 2 in 北角, 1 in 銅鑼灣, 1 in 灣仔 and 1 in 筲箕灣)
The environment this restaurant has was also very comfortable and warm as the owner would interact with some regular customers and ask them is they would want another bowl as they enjoyed it a lot which made me smile as it is quite a rare sight to see in Hong Kong nowadays.
