The Francesco is an Italian restaurant located in Tai Kok Tsui serving traditional Italian cuisine. The Roman-style veal tripe on ciabatta is definitely the most impressive dish of the night. Tastes a bit spicy and it's perfectly matched with the ciabatta! We have also ordered a burrata salad and a mushroom risotto for the night.
