Apple Tatin with Vanilla Almond Tart
This one and the opera cake offer a contrast, giving me a tangy feeling. The apple is sweet and sour, like an elevated apple pie.
They also have Hong Kong's first-ever French croissant ball.
The croissant is transformed into a round shape, creating a moon-like puff 🌕—a brand new attempt. Each one has three layers of texture: crispy croissant pastry, perfectly matched filling, and soft Madeleine cake. It’s the shop’s signature dish! ☺️ I’ll definitely buy it again for breakfast next time.
