I personally love sukiyaki, so I immediately ordered the A4 Wagyu Sukiyaki set. The beef is sliced thinly, cooks quickly, and has a tender, fresh, and juicy quality. Eating it with Japanese rice, complemented by crispy seaweed strips, is incredibly satisfying!

I also ordered the garlic pork belly set, which features thick-cut pork belly with a good balance of fat and lean meat. It becomes soft when grilled, with some oil rendering out

The black truffle cold noodles are a creative main dish packed with truffle flavor, combined with cold noodles and sauce.

The condiments and sauces for grilling beside my seat were very complete, and my personal favorite was the garlic soy sauce. However, the Wagyu is already flavorful enough on its own, so it's delicious even without added seasonings.
