外型已經好獨特，因為用上人手製作嘅玫瑰花型蛋白脆餅作點綴。味道方面，咖啡帶濃烈嘅果味同朱古力味，與紅桑子嘅酸味頗襯，容易入口。
The handmade rose-shaped meringue on top is really eye-catching. The coffee is rich in fruity and chocolate flavour. It matches well with the sourness from raspberry.

朱古力咖啡芝士蛋糕 (Mocha Rum Cheesecake) $58
由味道到質感都好有層次，由上至下可以品嘗到柔軟嘅忌廉同結實嘅餅底，而將朱古力咖啡揉合去芝士蛋糕嘅概念更令人驚喜。值得一提嘅係冧酒嘅味道好濃烈，值得一試。
This cheesecake is rich in layering from both flavour and texture. You can taste the soft cream on top and a solid base. The idea of mixing mocha into cheesecake is really surprising. It has a rich taste in rum. It definitely worths a try.
