•藍鰭吞拿魚溫泉蛋定食一上枱，我已經忍唔住係咁吞口水啦！🤤每一碗有8塊厚切嘅吞拿魚。魚味幾濃郁，但油脂感偏低😮💨，沒網上所講咁可以入口即融，所以有少少失望。不過，我好鍾意佢有炙燒個表面，再掃上一層醬油，令到吞拿魚更有香味。🤌🏻😍個人更推介大家叫有溫泉蛋嘅set🥚，將啲蛋液撈埋啲飯食，真係好好食。🥺Was drooling so much when it was served.(not joking)🤤 Each don has 8 thick pieces of bluetin tuna sashimi. Tuna was rich and fishy, but not very fatty😮💨,thus it didn’t melt in my mouth. Anyway, I like how they seared the tuna lightly and drizzled with some soy sauce , to gave it a smoky umami flavours. 🤌🏻😍Personally, would recommend you to try the set with Onsen egg🥚, to mix the runny yolk with the rice, very delicious. 🥺
