佢地供應嘅生蠔會由唔同國家送過黎,今日食嘅好似係澳洲生蠔🦪 雖然體積唔大,但係入口夠幼滑,帶有少少海水嘅鹹味🌊
Today’s Australian oyster was smooth and creamy despite the size, accompanied by a slight aroma of the ocean.
雅枝竹湯黑松露油
Artichoke soup and truffle oil
佢地每日用新鮮嘅雅枝竹絞碎,再加奶油去提升creamy嘅口感😚 黑松露油特別香濃,所以搶左雅枝竹嘅味道,飲落去似蘑菇湯多啲🍄
The soup is made of freshly blended artichoke and cream, which gives it a creamy texture. The truffle oil was overly aromatic, so it tastes more like mushroom soup.
煙三文魚配多士、酸忌廉及刁草
Smoked salmon on a toast. sour cream. dill. salmon roe
香脆嘅多士上面分別有煙三文魚同三文魚籽🐟再加上牛油果蓉同酸忌廉,令到菜嘅口感同味道非常豐富😋
Smokes salmon and salmon roe on taste, with guac, dill and sour cream creates a dish full of flavour and textures.
自家製鵝肝凍批配果醬及多士
Foie gras terrine, jam and toast
鵝肝凍口感細膩滑潤,入口即化🤤 雖然有少少膩🤏🏼 但係配埋多士同酸酸嘅果醬就啱啱好
Foie gras has the texture smooth like butter, and although it might be a little heavy, the crispy toast and sour jam created a nice balance.
青露筍、荷蘭汁、巴馬臣芝士
Green asparagus, gribiche sauce, old parmesan
露筍在喺夏季當造,爽嫩嘅露筍莖甜美可口👏🏼 簡單咁配埋酸甜嘅荷蘭汁同鹹香嘅芝士已經夠滋味🤭
Asparagus roots were fresh and juicy, simply adding cheese and Hollandaise sauce was already flavourful enough.
龍蝦雞尾酒、牛油果及啫喱
Lobster cocktail, avocado, jelly
下層係切成粒狀嘅牛油果🥑 上面係龍蝦湯啫喱🦞 咁樣個龍蝦湯真係幾特別,可惜咁樣就變得有啲漏,加埋下面嘅牛油果就heavy左啲🫣
With the bottom layer of avocado and lobster bisque jelly on the top, it was a little too heavy and thick for my liking. But the flavour combination was quite nice.
