The braised goose was delicious. Their braising stock was rich and complex and the tofu beneath the nicely carved goose was silky smooth. This classic delicacy of braised goose certainly left more than a favourable impression. It is a superbly tasty dish that not only emphasizes the tender and succulent goose but also the delicious sauce imbued with the aromatic nuances of Chinese spices. Other noteworthy specialties I found equally delicious were the baby oyster omelette, braised chicken feet and the pig's blood cube with Chinese chives.
All in all, Hung Hing Restaurant is a good place to come to for something light. Excellent value for money!
