咋晚訂咗7:30 ,食到8 點就話要last order. 我哋話”咁快?我哋個booking 係7:30喎”. 明明寫限時90分鐘。姐姐仔望望booking 話佢搞錯。好啦,我哋好乖咁係8:30 叫last order , 點知去到達九,姐姐仔過嚟話我哋點既串燒燒唔及,因為好多單,叫我哋取消。我哋唔想影響自己happy Friday 既心情,唔想同佢爭論所以埋單走咗。以後我哋會black list 哩間!燒唔及就唔好接咁多張枱啦!為咗想接多轉枱而去犧牲customer experience, 希望集團做好staff training 同埋教育埋customer loyalty 既概念!如果想揾快錢可以考慮轉行。
