龍豬情侶打算食日式料理，見餐廳有火鍋、又有燒肉同自選料理餐，決定入去一試。今次專食自選料理餐，可以一次過試多些不同味道。自選料理五品1. 築前煮、蟹子菠菜、茄子秋葵蕃茄木魚漬、四式刺身、鹽鞠雞排、明太子飯築前煮不是太有味道，蟹子菠菜有淹過，木魚漬味道不是太突出。刺身厚身，雞排外皮脆口，明太子與白飯味道不太夾，下次叫回白飯就可以了。2. 牛油果蕃茄蛋黃醬沙律、三種蘑菇牛油炒、香甜南瓜薩摩芋、炸豬排、生薑燒豬肉、迷你烏冬牛油果與蕃茄味道不相配，蘑菇一般，沒有太大驚喜，摩芋與南瓜相配搭，甜而不膩，豬排香脆，燒豬肉略嫌過韌。+$20(每位)可以享用自助吧(沙律、甜品、飲品)款式頗多，飲品可選茶或罐裝飲品，沙律位置只有生菜、粟米、青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲及通粉，甜品只有兩款，味道一般。龍豬情侶評價：環境光亮，店員服務態度一般，以QR Code下單，龍豬情侶的坐位下未有配置衣物籃，需自行從其他坐位拿取。自助吧位置的沙律夾因未有根據食物分類，以致不同食物有機會混在一起。龍豬情侶一致認為自選料理一般，下次可試其他菜式。推薦指數：6/10好味指數：6/10環境指數：6/10服務指數：6/10■

■ Self-chosen Japanese meal■ _____________________________
JL couple intended to eat Japanese cuisine,
and saw the restaurant has hot pot, Yakiniku and self-chosen cuisine. We decided to pick self-chosen cuisine and thus try several different flavors at once.
5 combo meal/
1. Simmered Chicken & Vegetables, crab spinach, Eggplant Okra Tomato Katsuobushi, 4 pieces Sashimi, salty chicken, Mentaiko
rice
Chicken and vegetables are not very tasty, crab spinach is flooded, eggplant okra tomato katsuobushi is normal. Sashimi is thick. The chicken is
crispy. Mentaiko is not match with the rice.
2. Avocado and tomato eggs salad, fried mushroomswith butter, pumpkin taro, fried pork, ginger roasted pork, udon
Avocado and tomatoes taste not matched,mushrooms are normal, pumpkin taro is sweet and tasty. The pork is crispy. The roasted
pork is overcooked.
+$20 (per person) for self-catering bars (salads, desserts, drinks)
There are a lot of styles, canned drinks ortea can be chosen, salad location only contains vegetables, corn, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot and macaroni. 2 types of dessert are served.
JL couple foodie evaluation:
Bright environment, general customer service attitude. QR Code is used to make the order. There are no baskets under our seat and we to pick up from other seats.
JL couple foodie agree that self-chosen cuisine is so so, it is better to try other dishes next time.
