身處上環，這餐廳你想要即興去真的有難度，和22Ships還有Mak Mak 屬同一集團，通常光是預約已經滿座了！但因為疫情關係也只好買回家吃，意外地食物質素還保存得不錯。希望有天可以親身到訪，一試他們其他菜式⚡️Located in Sheung Wan, this restaurant is so hard to walk in for a table. Under the same catering group of 22Ships and Mak Mak, too many ppl going there with a reservation! Due to the pandemic dinner is not allowed, so we're forced to do takeaway at home. 很柔軟有彈性和多汁，烤得很香！

肉質軟嫩。因為夾了香茅在魚肚內一起烤，完全沒有魚腥味！沒甚麼骨，很適合不會吃魚的人～不過可能因為外賣的關係，魚皮上的鹽有不少沾到魚肉上，好咸🥵 感覺在餐廳吃會好一點。The fish is so soft with nice smell due to the lemongrass stuffed inside grilling together. It got almost no small fish bone, which is good for people who are not good at eating fish! Yet the fish meat got a lot of salt dropped from the skin crust, making it too salty 🥵 feel like it'd be better if it's directly ate in restaurant.

調味在泰菜來說有點單調，可能其他款的沙拉會比較出色。Seasoning is relatively more boring in terms of Thai cuisine. Probably other salad choice will stand out more.

這個我媽超愛份量很足的蟹肉和蛋加上炒得粒粒分明的飯，鮮味又香口😋 This is my mom's favorite. Good portion of crab and egg with every single rice fried separate make the dish very savory.

可能因為回家有翻熱，豬肉變得頗硬又有點乾，雖然香味還在，但還是大打折扣。Maybe because we reheat the dish when we reach home, the pork became quite hard and dry. It still smell very nice tho.
✿ 碳烤雞腿肉 Gai Yung ⭐️與炸豬肉一樣的問題，但吃得出來原本的調味很充很香～Same problem with Moo Tort Tah Krai but I can tell the seasonings of it was nice.
