某日中午和同事來試一試這米滋蓮推介的川菜餐廳。
午市有套餐供應, 價錢合理:
酸辣湯辣度輕微,有點酸味。用料略嫌單調,連基本的竹筍和黑木耳都寥寥無幾,當然不能奢望有豬紅。
紅油抄手辣度輕微但涵算新鮮。
麻辣雞件基乎完全不麻,只有點點辣,但幸好肉質非常嫩滑,份量亦充足,替這店挽回了不小分數,絕對是這餐的亮點。
麻婆豆腐的辣度同樣是小兒科。嚐到的主要是豆瓣醬的鹹味。但豆腐是軟滑的。
同事對牛肉則讚不絕口。賣相不錯但我不吃牛所以不能評論。
Conclusion:
The bill came down to about $160 per person. I find the level of spiciness disappointing. However, the ingredients were really fresh. I suggest that they offer different levels of spiciness for different customers.
