Tagliatelle was paired with the carbonara sauce made with egg yolk and parmesan, the flavour was rich and cheesy🍝 Crispy Guanciale and black pepper just elevated the whole taste😚

My favourite dish turned out to be the pappardelle beef cheek🤩, really love how chewy the pappardelle was and understanding why majority of people would prefer it💓 Beef cheek ragu slow cooked for 8 hours was super duper soft and tender🥩, with a hint of sweetness from the onion, celery and carrot🤤

The highlight of the day was the tiramisu here🤎 You got the eggy, rich and appetising taste from the tiramisu, always a best answer for the dessert🥰

Panda Cotta was topped with sour berries jam🫐, such a nice ending to our feast🥳
