When I ask for a table of 3, the person gave me a peice of reused ticket with a hand-written “3” on it. She turn her head away before I even touched the ticket. Then I ask her how many tables before us, she replied with her face half turned. Ordered a Steak omelette rice and a Shrimp tempura omelette rice. Omelette rices are ok, the shrimps are good too. If they can provide normal service, it would be much better. Although the foods were okay, at this price range, the chance of coming back is fat!

My 10 year old and I sat down at 4:30pm on a Sat afternoon to have 2 drinks and 2 small plates. After we ordered, the waiter told us they’ve a min spending of $138 each person. I asked if a child count and they said any kid above aged 3 would count as one person. I told him to double check if the cocktail, the slush and 2 small plates would be sufficient but then he came back to ask me to order more food because we are still short of $24. We didn’t even want to discuss and decided to leave. The restaraunt had more servers than customers on a Sat afternoon when it’s at a busy shopping mall. There’s a good reason why. We come to Elements every Sat and this is the first time we walked into it and it’s the last time. Good luck with your business going forward

蛋包飯？多年冇食過有水準的蛋包飯了！今日第一次試這間「專門店」，來的時間冇期望，走的時候…Menu 上的蛋包飯價錢由$125至200多。我叫了大約$150左右價錢的牛肉和牛脷飯。飯上枱，賣相OK，亦都有配菜。但再睇一下，這不是蛋包飯吖，只是飯上邊蓋了一層蛋，只可以叫蛋蓋飯。比較有水準嘅蛋包飯，通常都會將飯完全放入蛋裏面，不是就這樣把蛋擺在飯上面。有四種汁可加，但汁嘅份量不太足夠！汁嘅味道亦都係一般，飯的份量略少，米飯質量亦都係一般，牛肉比較韌，牛脷尚可，已經係咁多樣嘢比較出色的一樣。最重要嘅蛋：我完全聞不到蛋香，也是過熟。侍應的態度和服務也一般。地方尚算寬敞好坐。走的時候只懷念多年前在清風街天橋下的一間真正的蛋包飯。這間也罷！

食物不差，但ㄧ堆條件。首先我帶一個小朋友，但要我每人抵銷138，再加吃飯時間60分鐘。出去吃飯只想開開心心，其實我都未必會食足咁耐，但真係唔需要咁多要求。最後叫咗三個餐，真係食唔晒，嘥晒啲嘢。所以以後不會再去。
