The environment was uncomfortable—very crowded, with no windows and excessive noise from the air conditioning, making it hard to enjoy our meal.The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. They didn’t ask if we wanted to order dessert, even though it was part of the lunch menu, and when I tried to ask, the staff had already left. There was no one around on the second floor the entire time, forcing me to go downstairs just to order dessert. When I approached the staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even reprimanded for not queuing, despite just wanting to inquire about dessert options. To top it off, we were asked to move with a very rude demeanor.Overall, the combination of a poor atmosphere, unhelpful staff, and disorganization made for a frustrating dining experience. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

約朋友聚會之選！😋😋😋😋😋😋呢間係我放工成日去既餐廳，因為地點 環境都啱我，服務態度很親切。推薦晚餐：頭盤是沙律 🥗 個dressing 味道不錯主菜提供 多款選擇（Burger 都好正架！）包 飲品 及 甜品甜品師傅 用靚料做蛋糕 一食都知唔同外面玫瑰蛋糕🌹 隻蝴蝶都食得架！ 很美味！又平！ 又抵食！🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰我們點了…..西冷牛扒套餐🥩 （medium)及 新鮮青口 白汁意粉牛扒配上芥末 及 燒肉汁 茄汁是自家調配的 不同外面買到的 又高糖份 又唔健康😆😆😆

好耐之前嚟食過一次，嗰陣已經覺得幾高質可以再二刷，點知今次嚟食再高質咗同抵食咗🥹🫶🏿忍唔住要即日寫返篇好評！依家佢哋出咗個day menu $98 (加一)，salad + main + dessert/soft drink如果又想食甜品又想飲啡可以用跟餐半價優惠order飲品，大部分大概$20-30就有一杯，好抵食🥹🥹Cheese Burger- 作為芝士控表示好滿意- 唔係得個樣，芝士味好濃- 入面塊牛肉漢堡扒、薯條都好好食Grapefruit Expresso老闆娘(?)好好傾，感受到佢好熱愛美食最近天氣熱到中暑，我同朋友滴晒汗咁入去，老闆娘默默地放低部手提風扇比我哋吹🥹絕對會再食啊！

午餐慢煮牛扒三文治的牛肉可以當香口膠趙，吃不下吃剩沒有投訴但反過來比白裙女經理黑面，我不是首次到的新客也受到如此待遇，做食客做到咁卑微為乜，要善待自己。伴菜的薯條是新鮮炸好味的，之前試過加配飲品包括咖啡水準係非常一般。

整體感覺好呃錢feel,食得我都幾嬲，打開OpenRice 睇下竟然冇負評！？心諗有冇搞錯！咁我點都要講下真實既情況了！行去歌賦街搵嘢食望到，見到burger都幾吸引，$98/burger, 應該都好食既，入去試下，叫咗Burger&coffee, 結果完全吾掂！Burger係凍LL, 咖啡叫左椰子咖啡， $80一杯！ 應該好飲了掛！？完全呃錢😡！ 好冇誠意既咖啡，真心對吾起$80 一杯！ 埋單人均200～ 吾知食咗d咩入肚～
