一向好鍾意pirata group嘅餐廳,casual得泥又有一定質素,仲要價錢親民。知道佢開咗薄餅店,今日終於有機會試到啦!星期六中午我哋walk in,等咗5分鐘就有位啦。佢嘅週末有brunch,170/pax,有前菜,沙律, Pizza,甜品,非常之抵食,但係我哋覺得太多啦,同埋我哋好想試佢嘅mozzarella fritta,所以轉咗做散叫。我哋叫咗mozzarella fritta,即係炸水牛芝士,芝士味幾清新,適合鍾意淡味嘅朋友,要讚嘅係佢配上嘅pesto真係好好食,同想芝士好夾!而cold cut同Rocket salad不過不失,我哋專登嗌泥配Pizza食。Pizza揀咗carbonara pizza,有煙腩片同quail eggs,但個重點其實係個批底,呢個手做薄餅真係好好食,外脆內軟之餘又有口感,不知不覺食咗半個。

我哋叫咗mozzarella fritta,即係炸水牛芝士,芝士味幾清新,適合鍾意淡味嘅朋友,要讚嘅係佢配上嘅pesto真係好好食,同想芝士好夾!
而cold cut同Rocket salad不過不失,我哋專登嗌泥配Pizza食。

今晚一行七人黎到The Pizza Project食pizza,可以食好多款,而且唔駛加一。呢間冇得book位,我地6:30黎到排隊,等到差唔多8:30先入座。我地叫左tasting menu,可以揀三個Antipasti,一款Gnocco fritto,七款pizza,仲有四個甜品,每人$180。Mozzarella Fritta大大粒炸莫札瑞拉芝士球,咬開有芝士拉絲,好邪惡。Burrata唔係好多小番茄,整體都唔差。Beef Tartare有啲韌,唔係好食既生牛肉他他。Truffle好食,炸麵糰包住滿滿黑松露餡。Pizza切成六塊,屬於厚邊薄批,批邊外脆內軟。但係整體好失望,幾乎全部都過鹹。我最鍾意Pesto,最唔鹹又有濃濃芝士味。Tiramisu唔錯,唔會過甜又濕潤。White chocolate mousse好綿滑,但略甜。結果其它野食出色過主打既pizza,唔值得等甘耐。

PIRATA GROUP開的pizza餐廳 ,義大利麵名店Pici也是集團底下的餐廳之一,可想而知,口味上應該很有水準,一坐下來服務員就很熱情地向我們介紹餐點!吃完走出門外時,已經看到大批人在排隊,可見pizza project的熱門程度!晚上有Tasting Menu 180/位,包含兩樣前菜、兩個披薩和一份甜品(兩人份)吃完非常飽還要打包,以這個價格來說和這樣的質素很超值Mozzarella Fritta  超級邪惡的至芝士球作為餐前小點,裡面的芝士可以拉很長的絲,外層炸得酥脆,沾上青醬能解油膩Porchetta Tonnata 吃過pici就知道這款鮪魚醬也用於他們一道前菜中,麵包上塗上鮪魚美乃滋和放上火腿,Carbonara鵪鶉蛋作成的迷你荷包蛋好可愛,好多個排在一起療癒人心,配上義式培根Pancetta難怪叫做卡邦尼披薩培根的油脂豐富,中間打上鵪鶉蛋中和培根的鹹味,很少見這種口味的披薩,餅皮薄脆,最尾端的部分很有嚼勁剛出爐的披薩真的好燙,記得要慢慢品嚐!Nduja喜歡吃辣的人不能錯過這個辣味義式臘腸口味,沾上辣油,更添辣椒的香氣,好惹味主要還是番茄底為主,非常義大利風格,配料

The cuisine in that place is simply good. The salad has healthy dressing with olive oil. The pizza I had was just perfect. Thin and crusty. The fact they have Italian cooks must be the reason why. The tiramisu is quite nice too

蠻平價的pizza店 中午來有brunch set 158一個人可以選3個topping的pizza 兩個甜點 一個salad 而且沒有加1的服務費 性價比也是高到飛起了 pizza選了salami有一點啦 truffle這個問喜歡 還有經典的carbonara 喜歡厚厚的邊和薄脆的餅皮 贊

Just I know they open the new pizza project and since I still looking for the good pizza in hk, I been there for lunch with my friend. The name pizza project you aspect to see Italian pizza chef round pizza flour anywhere.. but what u see is the rude waitress don’t allow you to go inside until your friend not arrived ( means you can’t sit down until 2 ppl arrived! No security distance, maybe they don’t need respect the law, and finally we place order! 2 set lunch one with salad other with cold cut!! Salad was normal salad cold cut was, 2 slices of mortadella and 2 slices of salami... pre-cutted couple hour before since the surface was dry already..and no Parma ham, off course! Whatever pizza come after 15 minutes!! I understand why project, they try to make from something like cartoon! Pizza was pre cooked and also with bigger border!! Sure new project pizza, no original pizza! Tomato sauce was dry and acid, mozzarella cheese was absent just rocket salad and Parma was decent !And finally we got the dessert. They called tiramisù but sorry this was something like cream cheese or whatever but not tiramisu! Change name pls. To be executive chef you need background! Experience and knowledge of Italian food for long time!! The word blowing in the wind ... try to improve I will not come anymore!!

最後選了pici tiramisu提拉米蘇做甜品,一如既往的好味道。

餐廳氣氛好,食物口味棒,價格非常合理,沒有理由不再來!

We loved them all! Carbonara maybe my fav, definitely need to go back for second tasting.

It's STILL WARM when served melts the light but creamy cheese and nutella ☺. As you bite in, it's a hollow doughnut that is not dense but airy - simply the Happiest moment ever 💓

• @thepizzaproject.hk is a pizzeria which engages and connects with people. It has this homely but fun vibe which puts you at ease the moment you stepped in. The staff were so caring and friendly, we had a good time! Definitely good value!!

Heard that there is a high quality pizza restaurant in SOHO, so I went there with my friends last week.We ordered a beef tartare. The cheese and cream on top were a perfect match with the raw beef. The beef were also fresh.I also ordered a carbonara pizza. It’s rare to see this kind of pizza in Hong Kong. I love the idea of the restaurant adding quail eggs on top of the pizza. The saltiness of the egg went well with the whole pizza. The chef is very creative!

I also ordered a carbonara pizza. It’s rare to see this kind of pizza in Hong Kong. I love the idea of the restaurant adding quail eggs on top of the pizza. The saltiness of the egg went well with the whole pizza. The chef is very creative!

Been seeing this place all over IG in the past few weeks and finally decided to make a visit. Tried their lunch set, which was very reasonably priced at only $98 for 2 courses and $118 for three. For starter I had the porchetta tonnato, which was slices of slow-cooked pork belly and tuna mayo sauce. It was alright, I just prefer the veal version. The main event is, of course, the pizza, and I chose the most basic Margherita. It was really not bad, with thin crunchy crust and a soft, pillowy oute

The main event is, of course, the pizza, and I chose the most basic Margherita. It was really not bad, with thin crunchy crust and a soft, pillowy outer ring, and the mozzarella was quite high quality too. However, major complaint is that the bottom of the crust was utterly burnt, and I had to ask to change TWICE before it got better. But for this flaw this would have been an enjoyable meal. They did however apologise and offer a tiramisu for free. I hope this was just an accident (was it?) or that in any case they have learnt from it and avoid similar mistakes in the future. Might still come back to try out their other pizzas, but I won't be hurrying.
