呢間「Scrumptious Delights」唔係普通食店,而係藏喺明報工業大廈入面嘅 Private Kitchen,專做 Roast Beef,氣氛獨立又有質感,非常適合同朋友或肉控小組聚會。最大賣點當然係佢哋嘅 ,一件塊頭唔細,烤得外層焦香、入面肉還保留粉紅嘅 Juicy 程度,啖啖肉味爆晒出嚟,汁濃鹹香又唔過火,真心係香港頂級 roast beef 水準。仲有好配搭嘅 ,用嚟吸肉汁超級夾;加一啲 corn on the cob、煮得滑入口嘅薯仔、清爽沙律同當季水果,好好平衡味道層次。唔止底料幫補,成個餐食夠晒豐富又有心思。環境方面你會坐喺廚房旁,可以近距離睇 chef 準備同烘烤牛排,過程中佢哋亦樂於分享製作心得,整場食飯過程好 chill 有趣。人數方面需要預先訂位,仲要 meet 到最低訂席人數,因為係私房廚房,只開电话預定,條件夠就拎到 Private Room,仲可以飲 own wine ,唔收 corkage,超貼心。整體嚟講,如果想搵一個有特色、有格調嘅食肉地方、唔介意提早計劃,Scrumptious Delights 絕對係柴灣區肉食者嘅 hidden gem。下次想食 steak 鍾意有火喉、有氛圍又唔想太商業,就一定要試!

Our friend treated us a delicious steak meal - it was so yummy - the best steak i ever hadThe bread was smoking hot - so fresh with melted cheeseThe salad had pieces of seaweed - surprisingly tasty!There was a new dish this year - honey glazed pork - like BBQ char siu - perfectly done!of course the steaks were amazing! will love to come back again ... need to arrange a party of a dozen people thoughi don't know how much it was our friend treated us!

Where else can you find a private dining space with free corkage and roast beef done to perfection? Run by husband and wife team, both very friendly. They include other dishes, but to be honest, there is no room in my stomach other than for the beef. We ordered the 14lb US Prime Holstein ribeye. I like ribeye cos of the fat. One friend explained that Holstein was actually the black and white cows you see in cartoons. Another friend who couldn’t take spicy did mention that there was too much pepper, but I guess she could just scrape away the excess. It was not cheap though, so better to get as many people to go as possible.

First time going, I must say chef Jeremy’s prime rib is one of the best in Hong Kong.Our host chose the Roast US Prime Black Angus Ribeye and a nice mix of appetizers + sides. If you have the headcount, a must try place.We started with Winglets / Bread and NZ clams.Next was the star of the show - the prime rib. It took the chef 8 hours to make this perfect edge to edge effect. No gray ring, red to red edge perfection.They also do delivery so check out their social media page.
