Visited Quinary Saturday evening and Jeremy was awesome. Asked him for a drink that has rum or tequila in it but isn't too strong but also tastes good which is a ridiculous request in itself but he totally picked something I really loved and was super friendly. Awesome staff and the drinks are delicious with beautiful presentation!

我真係好鍾意飲cocktail 以前好鍾意去mo bar 因為貪佢方便又係酒店人又小、環境有不錯、傾計一流、自從文華mo bar 服務質素越嚟越差、啲cocktail 冇味好似水咁淡、真係da 咩⋯⋯行行吓又比我發現左呢一間好好飲嘅cocktail 店！因為好飲人都很多、有時有點嘈！冇辦法啦鍾意飲幾多人都去下啦⋯⋯自上次三個人飲咗十幾多20個cocktails 返屋企嘔、今次兩個人飲少啲啦呢個好好味、玫瑰味有曾牛油包一個正方形嘅冰塊、我飲咗兩杯！哈哈！這個清清的也不錯呢個係加埋爆炸糖一齊飲架 一支小型煉奶、可以查隔離果小包一起吃中間是啫喱、像菊花茶酒味不龍好好味呀⋯⋯我鍾意呢個！

We two people had a bottle of 2014 Newton unfiltered chardonnay and beer. love the wine and environment. a bit surprised only one beer to choose. next time we'll be back for the signature cocktails.

難得今日唔洗OT, 於是相約同事到中環的 Quinary 飲杯野。我地7點左右到達，唔算多人，環境都算寧靜。我地分別點左 Earl Grey Caviar Martini (右）同 Lavender Meringue Pie（左） Earl Grey 個杯既造型好fancy, 岩哂相機飲先，飲落去除左有earl grey 泡泡之外仲有d爆爆珠，非一般既 cocktail!Lavender 個杯面頭有片焦糖，感覺有d似食 cream brûlée, 但味道而言我地就覺得 earl grey martini比較出色。下次再試下其他特別既 cocktails!

Been here a few times, its a nice little hangout that is always full. Ordered the classic earl gray caviar, in the meadow, bloody mary, and crystal 10. Well I love a great cocktail once in a while. So I thought what better place to have one then in one of the best bars in the world. I went there on Saturday evening around 10pm and the place was totally packed. But the staff was friendly and quickly found me a seat by a shared table. I first ordered a corpse reviver nr 2 and it was top notch. I got served some crisps with it. I also asked if it was possible to have a seat in the bar. no date Friday身痕....找友人來個HH~~友人建議來這裡~~~ 後來我才知道這間BAR剛Award左world top 50的bar & restaurant 二人行本想坐bar 枱...點知BAR 枱仲FULL過包廂坐~~ 緊係啦,,,, 同一時間有4-5個bar tender表演喎~有啲都幾吸晴架~~so far cocktail的combination 都ok,, 酒味唔會太輕,, 由於我偏好酸酸的和濃味cocktail,,睇完combination 點都唔會有好大落差~ 其實cocktail真係好個人化,, 好難評好唔好飲,,..我覺得呢杯好飲其他人又未必咁覺得~~但overall黎講呢度氣氛幾好,,,唯獨是無happy hours時段無咁happy.. 同埋cocktail都偏貴,, normal最平一杯都要$110...奈何多數有d fancy 或者你會睇中果啲都$140杯...此外a glass of wine 都要$148 (所以無點wine 喇...)呢杯係烏龍茶混出來的cocktail~~ 友人點的,,略試過一口...味道okay但唔特別深刻~個薯條

要講呢排最hit 唔駛講，Pokemon Go 一定羸9條街。除左去摩士公司維園香港公園之外，為左成為最top 既精靈訓練員大家可以去到幾盡？各位過左18歲既訓練員，你地有定心理準備未？哈！去啦精靈球！不嬲以cocktails 為主既quinary ，一向都成日比到驚喜客人。今次再不得不讚佢地真真真係好有創意，亦到好大膽咁做左杯poke ball 出黎。介紹返，個波波入面紅色果part 係士多啤梨啫喱，而白色果part 係乳酸加volka,飲落去有d似韓國乳酸燒酒，感覺唔錯。 唯一有少少少美中不足係無得一路飲一路食d jelly，一定要飲完之後upside down 咁打開個杯再"畢"個啫喱食。如下圖打開左之後係咁。唔好意思畢得核突左少少...但是，咁有創意既野點都去試試啦，心機都係返到。呀！佢地個精靈球 每晚好似得10個，佢ig賣到8月底only訓練員們，係時候出動啦！

係附近食完飯，意猶未盡，係同一條街搵間野坐低繼續傾。呢間cocktail bar入到去都幾靜，岩勒，其實隊長好怕嘈到爆，講野講到好嗌交既bar，眼見附近幾檯檯面杯野都幾得意，怪唔之得甘多女仔黎啦！我叫左杯Prey，朋友叫左杯Earl grey martini⋯⋯朋友果杯黎先既，厚厚既泡，不過都容易入口，裡面有d粒粒，飲到少少茶味。接住到我果杯，用雞皮紙袋包住個杯，拎埋黎有少少煙薰味，入口第一啖⋯⋯中伏，點解甘怪既？明明係有橙汁、檸檬汁，但我會飲到有陣藥水既莓味！？下次黎，一定唔會叫呢杯！

想去左Quinary好耐，因為聽聞佢d Cocktail好得意同好飲。今日5點幾就同朋友去左"霸位"，哈哈！因為好早，入面好似都未有客人。成間野大部分都系bar檯高凳，得近門口有幾張大sofa，不過我諗好多人先會坐個度lor。Lavender Meringue Pie HKD130好有厚度既面層棉花糖仲有少少燒焦甜甜地好好味！！！下面飲到薰衣草味，但其實我就唔系好鐘意有薰衣草味，因為總係覺得飲緊d"香包"或者"清新劑"甘！Earl Grey Caviar Martini HKD130好重Earl Grey味既泡泡，見到都鐘意！反而下面飲品個part無乜Earl Grey味咋wor。酸酸甜甜甘，入面仲有好多細細粒既Earl Grey味"魚子"，好得意！Espresso Martini (唔記呢度有無特別既名同埋幾錢)好飲但無驚喜。Castle In The Sky HKD130想飲d有果味既野，waiter介紹左呢個柚子味既，好飲wor。酸酸甜甜飲得出柚子味，好fresh既感覺。最搞笑系附帶一包爆炸糖！我倒左d爆炸糖落口再飲一啖，噼里啪啦，好得意啊！Marshmallow Duo HKD

看著電腦屏幕右下角的小時鐘，5:59pm。倒數著那最後的60秒，身在辦公室的我，心早已飄到SOHO。Thanks God It's Friday! 經過整個星期的辛勤工作，當然要和好友出去喝杯酒聊東聊西，說著風花雪月，嚐著美酒佳餚。這是我第二次來Quinary，上次吃畢晚飯才去多人到不得了，這次Happy Hour時間去卻比想像中冷清，在六時多放工的中環人畢竟不多。沒想太多，又點了這裡的signature《Earl Grey Caviar Martini》($130)，堆得高高的泡沫仍然可愛，不禁想起小雲常常拿著的米田共棒棒，用來氹女仔最適合啦！喝的時候需要高超技巧，很容易弄得整個鼻頭都是泡沫，鼻子高的外國人應該更難駕馭它吧。小心的淺嚐了一口，Absolut Vodka酒味不太強烈，伯爵茶"魚子"(其實是用Earl Grey製成的小爆珠)味道則比較濃，另外由於加了接骨木花糖漿(Elderflower syrup)和蘋果汁，略帶甜味易入口。友人點的是《Oolong Tea Collins》($110)，沒有sell gimmick的原素，比較classic的一杯cocktail。其主要材

啱啱開的時候有朋友帶過我嚟。食完飯又唔知去邊飲野，就突然諗起，心血來潮，重遊。以前超多人，位都無得坐。依家顯得冷清。友人叫嘅二氧化碳long island. 講真，份子野嚟講，依杯野唯一特色就係出煙。味道無特別。我都依樣飲番依個。我就係鍾意佢濃濃嘅earl grey味。正。

曾經在星期五來過一次，但實在太full,連企的位置都沒有，最後放棄了。今次是星期三9點左右到，主要是想跟韓國來的同事慶祝她的生日，順道聯誼下。心目中已有target，再加上餐廳的waiter很熱情，不停推介他認為必試的，所以很快就order了。先來每人一杯Earl Grey Caviar Martini因為是晚ot,飯也沒吃，所以也來些吃的吧！再來second round....最後，來個火焰雪山！
