同事補祝我生日,提議去公司附近Pokka,荔枝角返左兩年工都未試過呢間,星期二嘅lunch餐廳只有兩、三枱客,卡位寬敞,點左個西冷牛扒,鐵板上,份量十足,賣相好吸引,侍應只幫我同事處理,先要將牛扒反一反,再放在菜上,之後淋汁,另外有三種醬汁可任意醮,但我覺得味道無乜分別,牛肉肉汁豐富,只用鹽同黑椒稍作調味,吃出肉嘅原味,但可能我唔識處理,有幾舊少少靱,其他都好嫩一咬即散查看更多

對上一次食已經好多年前喺銅鑼灣分店,今次再食有D失望牛扒,牛味濃,好多汁,一送上枱已經聞到好香喇,可惜配菜好淡,沒乜味道肋骨便當,賣相一流,味道普通,炸蝦微暖,肋骨醬汁好似中式咕嚕肉汁咁,有D奇怪,最後甜品就保持水準查看更多

下午想找個地方小休小逛,馬上想到人流不多的荔枝角,有「Aeon」。不幸地這裡坐得比較舒服的餐廳就只有這間... 去年試了旺角店中大伏...唯有寄望不同分店會有分別...點了一份Set Lunch,改酥皮湯。裡面的食材份量OK,湯略嫌有點不夠濃,不過算是還可以。這個鐵板牛... 牛無牛味蝦無蝦味...老公笑說已經比「大家樂」好一點,哦...這間餐廳原來是用「大家樂」Level去比較... 我不餓,只點了熱朱古力,看似很不錯,又Cream又綿花糖。 古力無古力味...何謂古力無古力味?這杯純粹是一杯"甜水"... 唯一比較可讚是Set Lunch的迷你Cake...味道是不錯...查看更多

Very Disappointed.  Never visit again.非常失望。永不再試。3月21日,我、太太及細仔一同去食晚飯,我要了份Ribeye (奇怪,不問我幾成熟,啊!不是Grill Specialist嗎 , 一定係知道幾成熟最好食,所以不用問了),太太及兒子要了沙律及XX飯。March 21,  My family went to dine at Pokka.  We ordered ribeye, salad and rice. To my surprise, they did not ask how I would like my steak.  As they claimed they were "Grill Specialist", they would know how to have it the best, I thought.太太和兒子的食物完成近半時,我還在等我的肉眼扒。終於等到經理送上我期待已久的食物,天啊!一塊全熟並有少少焦的牛扒在很熱的鐵板上,我馬上將那塊全熟的扒轉到沙律碟上。我本想找經理過來退掉,但想了一想,還是開始我的晚餐...Foods for wife and child came.  I was still awaiting my steak when they finished half their dishes.  Finally the manager brought me my steak...  My Jesus! Appeared before me was an overdone steak on the zizzling plate. Immediately I put the steak onto the salad plate.  I flashed a thought to ask for replacement.  Still I take it after a second thought.兒子好奇地問我,為何不退? 我例舉3大理由:1. 我很餓 (他笑說:飢不擇食),我已等了很久,重做,不是要重新再等嗎?2. 這塊扒,是經理親自送的,他應看到出品的樣子,還是認可了,才會送到客人面前。(我經歷過其類似的事,但餐廳經理會自發要求重做,更不要說送到客人面前。)3. 我自已也有點責任,點餐時沒有提出要幾成熟。"Why?" my child asked.  I provided 3 points.1. I was very hungry.  I had been waiting for so long. I didn't want to wait any further.2. The steak was delivered by the manager.  He should have noticed how it was cooked. Still he delivered to me implied he accepted the quality. (I had similar experience in other restaurants. The difference was the managers would order the chef to re-do it by themselves).  Did you think I could change his mind that the quality was no good?3.  I did not tell them how I would like at ordering.Conclusion:The worst steak I ever ever have.  Even worse than the 'steak' put on the set lunch by fast food restarants.結論:最差的牛扒。 比快餐店賣的盒飯牛扒還要差,最少他們不會給你燒焦牛扒。查看更多

上次食完一次,對她的環境和服務態度滿意,今天在荔枝角附近收工,所以再去同女朋友食多次。我叫了一個牛仔骨DIY 鐵板燒, 女朋友叫了芝士什菌意粉。芝士什菌意粉:比較多汁,但料好多,意粉煮得剛剛好。可能女朋友鐘意食白汁,所以食得幾多下。牛仔骨DIY 鐵板燒:鐵板上,香噴噴!視覺同嗅覺以滿足。牛仔骨配上4種汁,香口,味美!再煎多陣煎d油出來,再加日本珍珠飯,食到有牛肉味!食完每人叫一杯野飲我叫左杯北海道熱朱古力!睇menu 有綿花糖及朱古力好似幾好味,有好香濃的朱古力味。女朋友叫了個什果賓治梳打,好colourful 幾令,但我個杯朱古力香甜,我佢個杯酸甜!Anyway食完坐下傾下,甘就到8點幾,所以走了回家!查看更多

My girl and I needed a place to eat and taking a leisurely walk around the area Sunday morning, we resign that we will eat local and not venture into TST or HK island to avoid the crowds. There is a Pokka cafe and we settled on this, I'm sceptical as I've eaten here before and didn't like it, however we need to give these places another chance, we all have bad days!Anyway, we sit, the ambience is nice, it's a Sunday, there's a natural light from outside and the decor is simple and comfortable. It doesn't have character as most chain stores need to be renovated in line with their corporate identity. Pokka is part of the Pokka group based in Singapore however have been operating in HK now for more than 20 years. Strange that a Singaporean company does Japanese fusion style food and grilled meats.I didn't feel like a steak or something grilled so early on the day, so I ordered the Hokkaido pork ramen. It's still cold and I wanted something with soup. Darling orders the cream spaghetti pasta with mushrooms, I think to myself that's boring... and we get a side order of broccoli with grilled cheese. First up, the ramen. The soup is not hot enough, it's warm which made me cringe a little. The soup has not texture, it's similar to what you get from Nissan Noodles. It tastes like powdered instant noodle soup, sadly no quality about it whatsoever. The noodles were a little chewy however with out a decent quality soup, it's academic. The pork however was soft and tasted ok. I'm not too happy and not necessary to complain as this is how it's made.Darling says the spaghetti tastes fine, then again, most things with cream tastes fine. I had a bite and yes it's ok, but nothing to rave home about. I don't understand why they put raw capsicum in pastas, maybe that's fusion however in my travels in Italy (north and south), they usually roast them, sweat off the skin and marinade them in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. BUT NEVER RAW! Oh well...The cream broccoli with grilled cheese was ok as well, however the experience of the ramen was disappointing enough. Having said that, this was probably the best executed dish. This is the state of play in HK right now, most of the chain stores do not give you quality or value, the ramen costs $98 HKD, the spaghetti $96 and broccoli $66. Total bill including service charge is $287 for two people and we didn't order any drinks. It's expensive for what we ate, a quality bowl of Ippudo ramen is $68 (even though it's a chain store), and to have been served this poor quality ramen is adding insult to injury. This is how chain stores make money to pay the rent of course and we as consumers are helping them pay.Rather than complain to them, I just vote with my wallet.查看更多

tea time (3:00-5:45pm)的時候,下起一場大雨。令大家也走不了,這樣正好有借口坐下來tea一tea喇。因為人多,所以想找個位置也不容易。甜食三重奏$58配熱檸茶,三款甜品是焦糖燉蛋白、咖啡凍餅、焦糖布丁。焦糖燉蛋白面的糖很脆,蛋白味也濃;不過就是太甜了…如果一客有三款甜品的話是否可以不用太甜呢?咖啡凍餅的咖啡味十分香,不過口感她似奶油感覺,就是雪糕車的雪糕…怪怪的。反而最後焦糖布丁十分可口 布丁面有藍梅點綴,再加上糖醬;吃起來的感覺好像嫩豆腐一樣,又不過甜。好味!鮮青檸薄荷茉莉花茶$58,等的時候滿心析待;看到也感到清涼。不過一飲下去的味道,是和'李C得sum'一樣!真想叫救命…到最後也是飲不完,而我下次點飲品也不要只是好看的了。查看更多

好耐冇食過POKKA~今晚有事黎到呢頭, 巳經好夜, 趕得及LAST ORDER~ 好彩~巳經忘記了之前的POKKA 係咪都係多國菜.今次食完先知, 佢地咩都有..西/日/韓..好雜既餐廳~都唔知邊樣先係佢地自己既主打 / 強項~!叫左個牛吞配冷烏冬. 上到黎, 牛舌的賣相巳經唔吸引!煎到黑晒, 又乾身. 食落去, 果然係過左火~完全流失晒牛舌本身的香味. 至於烏冬, 食落去唔似係手打. 似係普通烏冬而且雪得太耐, 太凍了. 上到黎, 成個盤都係水,好似係水塘咁...烏冬既唔林, 又唔彈牙,只係同自己O係屋企煮既冇咩分別...好失望!查看更多

My ex-colleague is now relocated to a commercial building located in Lai Chi Kok. She invited me to have a lunch here. It took us about 10 minutes walk from Cheung Sha Wan Plaza (near LCK station) to here. The rib setShe ordered a rib lunch (original price HK$188) which inlcudes salad, soup & bread, grilled ribs, dessert, and house coffee.According to her, the salad dressing is a bit sour taste but accetable and a good match with greens. The soup is creamy enough and the dinner roll is soft but not warm enough. The ribs is tender and sizeable to feed her hunger (she is a big womam and has good appetize). Her dessert is a small piece of chocolate mousses cake which is creamy. The house coffee is still very good. My sizzling grilled setAlthough she bought me the lunch, I chose the lunch set of sizzling grilled assorted meat and vegetables (original price HK$98).The Miso soup is not strong in favor and seems "nothing" to me. The grilled items are in a sizzling grilling metal pan. It has simple food such as 2 pieces of sausages, a piece of sliced chicken topped by half slice of cheese, some veggie such as mushroom, bean sprouts, carrot, lotus root slices, and cabbage. I addded all side seasoning on the meat for making the sizzling effect. The oil flied over the table as well as my jacket (causing my wife's unhappy face. sorry my wife). Although the meat and veggie are not costly items but taste very good with the steamed rice.After using the 20% off VIP card and the 10% service charge applied, the final bill is about HK$29x. My grilled platter costs reasonably while the ribs seems a little bit overpriced. 查看更多

位於荔枝角碧海藍天Jusco商場內的Pokka Cafe,裝修幾有典雅氣派。平日下午人流不多,可以靜靜地嘆個下午茶。下午茶餐的款式很多,包括可麗餅及雪糕等,但我這個月在Keep fit,所以點了個較輕盈的「煙三文魚沙律」($50)生菜份量好多,感覺好Fresh,也很清甜,而煙三文魚雖肥美,但份量略少,整體感覺幾健康。跟餐送普通咖啡,我加$25轉飲「本格榛子泡沫咖啡」,好Creamy,榛子味也香。不過,似乎杯嘢飲仲Heavy過正餐,有點本木倒置,又話Keep fit?唯有落少些糖補數吧。查看更多

這家Pokka開在吉之島內,就在其中一個出入口旁。餐廳雖以Grill為題,有多款類似Pepper Lunch 嘅鐵板食物供應,但在Grill以外的選擇也不少。 當晚我們仨簡單點了一個Dinner Set B、一個韓式石窩牛肉雞柳香飯及一個XO海鮮炒意粉。Dinner Set B 算幾抵食,有餐湯、餐飲,而主菜就有兩件羊架及三文魚柳,配上肉醬汁,羊架唔羶,味道不錯。 其實這Dinner Set B我們仨也喜歡,但總不會點足三份一模一樣的,所以單點兩項意粉、飯類,多試一些其他。海鮮炒意粉炒得很香,比想像中好,份量雖不算大,但很好吃! 相對上,單點的石頭飯份量比較大,熱辣辣的上枱,雖又有牛肉,又有雞柳,但味道一般,好像比不上真正韓國餐廳的石頭飯。當晚突然很想喝類似Green Tea Latte的飲品,所以餐飲轉飲宇治綠茶熱奶,印象中要加十幾蚊,不化算,但為滿足一下自己,還是加了。 這裡的宇治綠茶熱奶很香濃,配有小小的甜點,不錯。這家Pokka是吉之島內嘅人龍食店,週末六時多已經開始等位,可能是區內同類型的西餐廳不多,看來下次來試Grill也要趁早。查看更多

在Pokka café下午茶看見餐牌上圖片吸引了我試試花果茶$58, 但味道無水果香又無茶香,有一套透明靚茶壺及杯上枱, 隻杯透明但有污漬說給侍應知她話幫我換,她醒覺連忙講唔好意思,有禮貌!餃子精緻不花巧, 木糠布甸滑滑。望見各侍應忙於做隔離枱餐, 有的要用筷子撈,有款要上枱煎, 待下次再去試試!查看更多

樓下商場開左兩個月,今日碰岩機會去下呢間新開既pokka食晚飯。坐落商場一角,環景唔錯,可能係平日關係,唔駛等就有位。叫左份鐵板燒"上等"西冷,比"非上等"貴$20,跟扒配麵豉湯同日本飯,用筷子食西冷扒,都真係未試過。等十分鐘左右,waiter會送份餐去到你面前即場整熟。都真係幾特別。我要五成熟,位靚仔在我面前番左幾下,功駕ok啦。可惜,一食就知奶野,塊板un過擦膠,仲一浸燶味,我心諗,唔係化?雖然百零蚊唔係咩高級扒餐價,但,呢塊野絕對比唔上大家樂既牛扒早餐。甚至仲衰過我自己第一次自己屋企煎扒。最後只有草草食左啲,嘆埋杯咖啡返屋企。呢個晚餐咁就百四,真係好貴啊!查看更多

23.1.2012這間在屋企附近的Pokka已開了幾個星期了. 我們兩姊妹一直很想帶媽咪來這裡吃我們很喜愛的咖啡凍餅. 在年初一, 我們終於有時間來這裡吃tea喇.這裡的裝修頗為開放式, 位置雖在吉之島內, 但在門口位, 所以都幾凍, 尤其年初一只有十度的時候. 這裡雖沒有人等位, 但人流都絡繹不絕. 我們被安排坐在近門口的位置. 這裡有tea set, 不過我們的目標是吃甜品, 所以我們點了自家制絕味咖啡凍餅($32)及伯爵茶香朱古力毛士蛋糕併木糠布丁($55)自家制絕味咖啡凍餅真的是這裡必食的甜品, 可是我們發現這兩塊凍餅都比以前的細塊了. 有合桃碎和朱古力醬鋪在餅上面, 合桃碎好香脆, 但略為甜, 朱古力醬的朱古力味並不濃, 可能被咖啡凍餅本身的味道蓋過了吧. 至於咖啡凍餅本身, 凍餅夠凍, 咖啡味濃郁, 質地好滑, 伴著cream來吃, 就好像吃雪糕的感覺, 餅底是威化餅, 可惜有點硬. 伯爵茶香朱古力毛士蛋糕併木糠布丁包括了兩塊毛士蛋糕, 木糠布丁及少許紅豆. 和咖啡凍餅一樣, 這兩片蛋糕上都鋪了合桃碎和朱古力醬. 蛋糕的質感很腍,又柔軟又滑, 好像吃雪糕一樣. 蛋糕很有層次, 中間的一層海綿蛋糕是由兩層朱古力夾住的. 蛋糕的朱古力味很濃, 所以蓋過了淡淡的伯爵茶味, 不過這是預料中的事吧. 餅底是威化餅, 但不夠鬆化, 有點硬. 在碟的另一方, 滑滑的木槺布丁有很重的奶香味, 伴著紅豆來吃, 增加了不少口感. 這裡的服務也不錯的. 但唯獨有一些奇怪的東西: 當我們一坐下來時, 侍應就給我們每人一杯熱水. 可是, 我見到杯底中有些啡色的點點. 於是我立即拿來白色紙巾墊在杯底再看清楚. 原來那些啡色點點是黏在杯底的污點. 很奇怪, 此餐廳開業不足一個月, 餐具已經有洗不掉的污積嗎? 希望餐廳能用些方法把餐具洗得更乾淨吧. 查看更多
