🌟 最近去咗半山區一間意大利餐廳，呢度環境非常有情調，充滿濃厚的意大利風情。餐廳裝潢典雅，燈光柔和。🕯️🍷*MIXK ANTIPASTI 小食*：- *Salmone Affumicato*：煙熏三文魚鮮嫩，帶有獨特的煙熏香氣，入口即化，味道鮮美。- *Croguette di Pollo*：雞肉可樂餅外皮香脆，內裏嫩滑多汁，味道濃郁。- *Calamari Fritti*：炸魷魚圈外皮金黃香脆，內裏魷魚鮮嫩，口感彈牙。- *Bruschetta Pomodoro*：蕃茄併多士新鮮爽口，蕃茄的酸甜味道配合香脆多士，非常開胃。*PIZZA Capriceiosa*：披薩皮薄脆香口，配料豐富，包括火腿、蘑菇、橄欖、洋蔥等，味道濃郁，層次分明。*Tiramisu*：提拉米蘇口感綿密，咖啡和可可的香氣濃郁，帶有淡淡的酒香，味道甜而不膩。

今日Happy Friday黎到中環食dinner，呢個餐廳係半山，裝修好有西餐廳feel，全部職員都好Nice去招呼🫶前菜小食拼盤：見到餐廳個set包左有個小食拼盤可以一次過試晒幾種小食😝佢個黑松露醬好濃，配炸既小食好match😆我最鍾意炸魷魚！佢炸得好鬆脆😋Parma ham pizza🍕:送上枱好靚呀，店員仲會有個架將pizza升高，個parma ham好香，一啖咬落去係齒頰留香😋芝士味道都好濃！Tiramisu 🍰 :口感非常幼滑，層次豐富，唔會過甜！

餐廳環境充滿意大利風情，很適合約會、朋友聚餐和慶祝節日！小食拼盤有烤意大利蕃茄多士、煙三文魚、炸魷魚和炸雞肉餅。可以一次過試多款意大利小吃，很滿足。香脆的多士配上酸酸甜甜的意大利蕃茄莎莎，很開胃。煙三文魚配上自家製的檸檬橄欖油醬汁，味道清新。炸魷魚肉質鮮嫩，加少許檸檬汁，很好吃。自家製的雞肉餅炸到金黃色，外脆內軟，配上意大利醋醬，味道獨特，適合喜歡嘗試新口味的食客。意大利薄餅餅底軟熟，批邊焗到很香脆。以蕃茄醬汁為基礎，加入白菌、火腿、香腸、雅枝竹和雞蛋，餡料十足，再配上芝士後整個味道更豐富，真的好出色。底層的意大利手指餅以濃縮咖啡和冧酒浸泡後變得濕潤軟綿；表層輕柔軟滑的意大利軟芝士撒上了滿滿的純可可粉。整個蛋糕甘甘甜甜，絕對是一個又傳統又完美的意大利芝士蛋糕。

Their Quattro Formaggio is the best.We ordered take-away and it was soooo good.The cheese was not overpowering.The taste is balanced.The crust was crispy and not burnt.

有次經過比店面吸引到，細細間紅色格仔檯布。好有外國feel,但天氣不佳都係決定外賣。店員好友善，唔知揀咩既時候都比左好多建議，仲提我地pizza可以揀half half既味道。以為外賣既pizza味道都要打個8折，食落好有驚喜，揀左4 cheese同另一款有artichokes 既pizza, 4 cheese 味道濃郁值得推薦。另外仲叫左ribs， calamari 同salad, salad dressing 好清新好大盤抵食， ribs就普普通通，算係價錢相宜（$128左右）。食得意大利野點可以冇tiramisu, 食落質地味道都係唔錯，可以加重蛋糕裡既酒味，唯一唔好既係應該店員用把切過蒜頭既刀切左個tiramisu,所以食落有好強烈既蒜味😂😂😂 推介pizza ，大家有時間可以坐低堂食感受下，環境都小小浪漫🌹

We pre-order food for around 20people on the day before. All pizza are cold and burnt!! All pasta and wings are cold and very hard.....Obviously, all the food except the salad were made a day before and microwave today...Very disappointing experience! 早一日預訂左呢間，黎到所有pizza都燒焦同凍的，所有意粉都硬到不得了，雞翼都乾到樹皮一樣...只有蒜蓉包同沙律正常少少...非常失望！！！ 好明顯係前一日整定，今朝先翻熱比我地...

No doubt Pizzeria Itália has one of the best and most authentic Italian food in town, be it pasta or its deliciously baked selection of pizzas.Take-away experience, on the other hand, goes in a total opposite direction of what the food tastes like - Cold, passive-aggressive hostess makes it a miserable experience to order or take away food. At over HK100, the pesto pasta offered a bad value; it was small, had too dry a texture, and lacked basil/pine favors. To top it off, this restaurant didn’t have any plastic fork for takeout pasta! It’s probably safer to try their pizzas, that seem to be their specialty.

我唔係好鍾意去啲連鎖大餐廳，因為有時啲菜式太商業化，反而去啲unique啲，細細地但又俾到驚喜你！ 呢間Pizzeria Italia係我食過最好食嘅Pizza餐廳，佢有好多唔同嘅pizza俾你揀，仲有大細size可以滿足唔同食量嘅你！餐廳細細但好好坐，啲waiters好好禮貌同會介紹吓有咩好食！ 我就鍾意食有pepperoni加重chesse同辣椒(唔記得個名！) 仲有佢嘅沙律同前菜都好好味，好新鮮！最好就梗係約齊班friend一齊食就可以食多幾款！
