上課前先去附近的咖啡店買杯咖啡提神。Pedestrian Coffee隠藏在一條小巷裡，不怎麼起眼，差點錯過了。小店內的裝潢是歐美簡約風，有格調且舒適。可惜店內的座位比較少，而且當天我們到店時已經有1枱客人，所以只外賣了咖啡。2月尾天氣已經開始轉暖，所以叫了一杯凍的Cappuccino。咖啡是我喜歡的偏苦味，不錯。看食評才知道Pedestrian Coffee也有賣甜品，而且評價不錯，下次光顧再試

In need of a cake break, I found a seat at Pedestrian Coffee after work. Located in Causeway Bay, this small coffee shop is part of this corner where there are a number of coffee shops.Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge. They offer a variety of coffee and non coffee drinks.Food is in the form of bagels, cakes and scones. Choices are constantly changing so just ask. They also have a hidden drinks menu that changes on a regular basis.I decided on a Latte ($40). It arrived with a Pegsus style latte art. The coffee was fine. A small amount of milk to espresso. Espresso had a slight floral taste.For the cake, I chose a Strawberry Angel ($68). Now this was fantastic. It was better than the coffee! A clever rendition of the angel food cake. It was shaped like a cone. The cake was soft and cloud-like. Not too sweet as well. It was topped with a pretty sweet strawberry.It was filled with a creamy strawberry pastry cream. Absolutely fantastic.I loved the cake. It's not very big but service was friendly enough. Will definitely be back.

［一杯咖啡的時間］位於銅鑼灣一間咖啡店，是不少人會路過但被咖啡香吸引而停步的地方！咖啡的裝橫以黑白型格風為主，咖啡店會聯同其他小店推出甜品、小食等，質素相當不錯今個weekend，同友人享受一下他家的烘焙嘅咖啡豆！出品的咖啡真心好正，叫了杯Americano ($38) ，House Blend- Pedestrian Coffee（Panama & Brazil）一個人坐在窗門前，望住人來人往的街道，都有幾份寫意。仲有Pedestrian’s Chocolate ($52)，80% French Chocolate 製造，招牌凍朱古力適合我友人Pistachio and Sea Salt Bagel ($70set)bagel口味要留意返小店 Instagram @pedestriancoffee.hk，會不定時update，他家選用 @brickery.bread的bagel，外脆內軟，仲有好多開心果碎，再配自家cream-cheese，有令我想再食一次。仲有奶蓋美祿戚風蛋糕 Milo Chiffon Cake w cream cheese($68）復活節限定蛋糕，蛋糕口感鬆軟，奶蓋同堅果粒好夾，有美祿口感，喜歡Chiffon的大家可以一試！小店座位少，大約10個位，不少人都會選擇外賣或者點上一杯咖啡，享受片刻寧靜後，繼續努力加油！
