I had the pleasure of dining at Pazta recently and was blown away by their festive menu. Every dish was a delightful experience for the senses.We began with the Truffle Mushroom Soup and it was a lighter one but packed of earthy flavors of the mushroom and trufflesThe star of the show was undoubtedly the Tagliatelle in White Truffle Sauce. The tagliatelle was al dente, enveloped in a luxurious truffle sauce that was both aromatic and indulgent. The ear-shaped pasta was my personal favourite! Generously packed with a variety of fresh seafood, including shrimp, mussels, octopus and calamari. The pasta was perfectly cooked and beautifully absorb the flavors of the sauce.For dessert, we had the Lava Cake and Tiramisu. The lava cake was rich and gooey, with molten chocolate that oozed out with the first spoonful.
