This shop has opened for more than 2 years, and I finally tried on their last day of business.  There were only 2 types of sandwiches left and few choices of salads at 1ish pm which was odd.  Upon asking, it was their last day of business and they need to stop selling at 2pm for packing.  Bought the tomato mozzarella sandwiches which were heated.  It's very tasty with the cheese which has melted a bit, rocket leaves that were fresh, and a good sundried tomato spread which went well with the taste.  Good job though it's closing, will try to go to the other shops more in the future.…查看更多

周六做完瑜伽，男友说又累又饿，原来想去金钟吃自助餐，看来只好下次啦。于是两人走上摆花街觅食。好久没来，原来很多店面已改，街角开了一家小小的passion 。原来分店开在这里，觉得他家ready food 质量不错，就走了进来。中环店面小很多，感觉有点冷气不足，以至于counter 的玻璃上都起了水雾，对里面的salad, bread , cake 不太礼貌啊。。点了salad，quiche,都是符合预期的味道。咖啡也很不错，但是冷柜里的cold pressed juice 感觉已经不太新鲜了。我后知后觉的喝了芒果汁，才发现。追加了一杯茶，坐下慢慢吃。休息好了，想吃蛋糕的念头又浮上脑袋。。好吧，于是点了pistachio chocolate dome. 好久不吃他家甜点，还是一样的好吃，比很多大酒店用料要爽快很多，巧克力很甜，里面的mousse很香，有淡淡的coconut 味道。唯独pistachio mousse 太硬了，然后下面的chocolate biscuit 也太硬了，应该是counter 里面的温度不对的问题- 希望店家好好注意，才能把蛋糕的美味发挥到极限啊！以后可以经常来have a quick bite! …查看更多

嚐過尖沙咀的 Passion by Gerard Dubois ，也吃過她灣仔總店的。無論是沙律、麵包還是環境都以灣仔最為出色！中環 Passion 的沙律也不錯，不過份量就是有點少。Passion 的點餐方式是在玻璃櫃前選擇自己喜歡的口味與點餐熟食後，再到收銀機前付費。大沙律可選 4種口味（$63/400gr ）；小沙律就 3種口味（$45/250gr ）。大小沙律都會有少量沙律菜托底，再放上自選口味的組合。最喜歡是她的 Beetroot Orange Segement（紅菜頭橙），紅菜頭的醬汁做得非常好吃，香香甜甜配上橘子真是一流。數月前這紅菜頭配提子乾更是提味。是自己在家怎樣也做不出的美味口味。Bounty of Eden（蔬菜伊甸園）是蕃茄、白椰菜花、紅蘿蔔等混合的沙律，酸酸的口味開胃極了，不過有點油。由於 Passion 的沙律份量總是有點少，所以愛點 Quinoa with Feta Cheese Salad 增加飽足感，不過當中的藜麥仍是沒有很多呢。因為愛吃蕃茄，Tomato & Mozzarella 也是榜上名單，蕃茄鮮甜，配上 Mozzarella 就是絕配。總的來說，炎炎夏日吃 Passion 的沙律就是很開胃，不過份量更多就完美了！…查看更多

次次路過都想入，今日去左下午茶。中環鋪好细间，主要做外賣，好多main course 其他分店有，呢间都冇…但係 bread / salad / cake / coffee 都唔錯好多choice. Nice French Restaurant with various choices(; This restaurant is self-catered and you can order food and take it by yourself. Relaxing style. Many people come to grasp a quick lunch and go."La Palette" passion Smoked Salmon is very delicious. I love the thin and crispy layer and the salmon with thick cheese(; The size is very enough for a girl's lunch portion! It serves with the takeaway box. Look like we are having fast food pizza. Got this pistachio cake from a foodie and it was so nice.The cake looks hard and dense but it is really soft and moist that you have to slice it carefully.Although the pistachio taste was not strong, it tasted amazing because there was a strong caramel flavour just like this caramel cake in the UK.…查看更多

I stopped by for a quick late lunch after a friend's recommendation and ordered a small salad choice of three salads and some greens. On the day I went there were four total options with three vegetarian choices: beetroot with sour cream, Moroccan couscous and Bounty of Eden (a lightly cooked variety of veg). These were served with some undressed salad leaves (which included really tasty rocket).Everything tasted great. I mean fresh, cooked just the right amount and well seasoned, spiced and dressed. Visually too it was pleasing, the beetroot dyed the sour cream a lovely bright pink, which was complimented by the deep yellow of the couscous. I told myself to cut down on the consumption of moon cakes this year and so far, I have done a pretty nice job. As of today, only 6 moon cakes under my belt which is a fairly impressive record for me, comparing to my all-time record of 10 boxes (40 moon cakes) back when I was still in Vancouver. I should have done my dietitian proud.Oh but wait, chocolate moon cakes.....I guess another one won't make too much difference, right?I can't recall whether this is my first time visiting Passion by Gérard Dubois in Central. I think it is.....This chocolate moon cake comes with 3 kinds of nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts and almond) on top. Very nutty on the outside which is good. The "egg yolk" is infused passion fruit and it was a little too strong. Think I will prefer the traditional type of moon cake over this one.Didn't I have this baby a long time ago - La Boule cerise with morello cherry and white chocolate mousse? 離公司不遠的附近最近新開了一家Passion！５。２０是絕對有理由要去甜一甜的，走進店內清晰可見２大個玻璃櫃，一個是沙律，另一個就是甜品！對於眼前七彩繽紛的甜品，最後選了２款！Mango Mont Blanc：外層是一條條的栗子蓉，栗子不會太甜，味道好濃，中間有一粒粒的芒果餡再夾雜著香滑忌廉，最底是一層薄薄的慕絲蛋糕，一口咬下去有多重口感，吃一件未能滿足！雪糕是Mövenpick，有３種口味：雲呢拿、朱古力或士多啤梨。名字叫12/25 Altura Affogato，將旁邊的小杯咖啡倒進去一齊吃。個人覺得配合雲呢拿或朱古力是最好的，因為士多啤梨雪糕本來已經酸酸的，再加上Altura咖啡就更酸了！很有趣的，值得一試！…查看更多

難能可貴之星期天，沒有走上人多至呼吸也要勁爭之油、尖、旺繼續一如以往跑上人棄我取之中、上環區，找上開張一陣子Passion新開之分店．．店舖比總店灣仔及尖沙咀分店細，但出品亦算都相當齊全搵食經驗是要用學費累積，在多次Passion累積下個人如果不是太肚餓都會以蛋糕為首選不是說其餘不好，大埋頭澱粉質下、個人胃部存放空間有限之前午膳還未清倉，僅餘的就放下一件滿意蛋糕好了．．由入門的一刻你就會被排得精彩包點、Scone、酥餅等吸著眼睛當然你亦要安排一吓貪心之下究竟你能吞食哪一款美食為目標．．淪為今日目標便是這個Caramel moussee cake$41.軟化焦糖面整整包圍著內餡Caramel moussee，甜度恰宜清清焦糖香，滿佈於味蕾間、內餡還隱藏着一粒細小咖啡jelly最要讚餅廚還灌注入一粒微小用rum酒浸過之葡萄乾咬在口中帶有微微rum酒香，整體充滿層次感細心．味美，值得一推 簡單之一杯心心latte$36.，奶泡棉密latte要求奶味重點比咖啡強一點，細幼口感比咖啡先行這點也做得不俗另一款raspberry cake亦是個人心水推介但在其餘passion分店已作推介，所以在此不作多評了。…查看更多

話說昨天帶著妹妹，與友人到SEVVA享受高貴下午茶（食評遲點出），回家前來了這裡解決晚餐，順便買件蛋糕給囝囝補數！這是Passion第三間分店了，雖然地址是擺花街，事實卻在威靈頓街上，前身是Hero Sandwich。店子沒有灣仔／尖沙咀的大，甜品種類也因此沒那麼多，反而供應熟食／三文治為主，消費在這區算便宜抵食。這裡的熱朱古力很香濃好喝，不過在SEVVA才飲完，這晚決定選點石榴汁 ($22)，拌上Turkey & Pumpkin三文治 ($49)，最後加上一件Passion Fruit Mont Blanc ($39)外賣。可能我的要求有點多及亂，結果卻成了蛋糕堂食碟上檯，三文治變外賣... 不要緊，就即場影一下蛋糕囉，雖然揹著妹妹的我也不小心將精美的P logo弄花了；但要講這裡的Passion Fruit Mont Blanc 真是又大件又好吃，栗蓉新鮮軟滑沒有太甜，中間的熱情果也不會太酸太搶，那平衡實在美妙啊。如果撻底脆一點，就完美了～影完相，決定所有食物都打包回家再吃，還好車程算快，半小時到家吃時三文治仍然微暖。從來都喜歡這裡的三文治，落料很足，火雞片、南瓜、蕃茄、火箭菜組成清新的滋味，對於連日暴吃的媽媽是頓很清怡舒服的晚餐。從來也喜歡飲清甜鮮香的石榴汁，雖然只是來貨，不過在別處實在不多見呢；囝囝也是果汁怪，既然帶了回家，馬上也來爭著飲，好啦，一起分甘同味吧～但之後出現的對話則令媽媽既無奈又好笑：囝：媽媽，我好鍾意妳呀~~媽：其實你係咪鍾意我D果汁同蛋糕咋? 囝（奸笑）：係呀，我好鍾意妳D果汁同蛋糕呀~~ 媽：咁食完蛋糕同飲完果汁後，你咪唔再鍾意我囉? 囝（鬼鬼馬馬）：冇錯係呀! 這隻囝，真是太古惑了！特別分享出來，祝大家都有個愉快weekend~ …查看更多
