來到中環Lawry’s The Prime Rib,享受一頓高質午餐,環境優雅,有一個中庭天窗,靜謐寬敞,令人可以慢慢細味每一道菜,感受片刻寧靜。中午時間呢度會提供Lunch Set,今次仲多左選擇,加左一個 Grilled Steak Menu ,每日扒款都唔同,令人有驚喜。首先登場的是Foie Gras Terrine鵝肝凍批,質感極致細滑,入口即溶,creamy之中帶點酒香,層次豐富。配上新鮮無花果、青蘋果、合桃和脆多士,果香與堅果味道完美中和鵝肝的濃郁,令整體味道更有層次,食落唔會膩。主菜方面,Lawry’s 主打Roasted Beef,所以一定要叫Steak Platter,一次過集合三款牛扒,絕對係牛魔王的至愛。法國夏洛萊草飼牛柳肉質嫩滑,入口即化,輕輕一咬已經感受到細緻的纖維,適合喜歡柔嫩口感的人。蘇格蘭阿伯丁草飼肉眼則油花分布平均,牛味最濃郁,咬落去多汁有彈性,每一口都充滿牛香,配上牛肉醬汁更提升味道層次。最後,西班牙加利西亞紅牛草飼西冷經過dry-aged處理。由於西冷部位,肉質相對較嫩,有明顯煙燻香氣,味道層次更深,帶點堅果及熟成香,餘韻悠長。配菜的薯仔外脆內軟,帶微微香草味。另外建議配上Himalayan岩鹽,簡單突顯牛肉原味,每一啖都令人回味。另一道主菜諾曼第豬扒同樣令人驚喜,煎至金黃,鬆軟多汁,肉香四溢,咬下去juicy到不得了。醬汁以蘋果、法國Calvados蘋果酒調製,微酸微甜,完美平衡豬肉油香,令味道更有層次,為整體味道帶來清新感。Lawry’s The Prime Rib無論係食材選擇、烹調手法定環境氛圍都非常出色。牛扒三重奏各有特色,無論你鍾意嫩滑定濃郁牛味都可以滿足,偶爾Weekday想黎放鬆一下不失為一個好選擇!。諾曼第豬扒則Juicy得黎又有層次,配搭蘋果醬汁令人一試難忘,最後享受一杯意式Cappuccino 為呢一餐劃上完美句號!

Went to this American steakhouse in Central with colleagues for lunch. .We all ordered the Three-Course Lunch Set. Following are some of our selections for the Appetisers & Soup, Entrees and Dessert: -Appetisers & Soup:-Butter Poached Lobster & Slow-cooked Abalone The lobster was soft and buttery, while the abalone was pleasantly chewy. Covered in lobster tomato sauce, they were both savoury, and the avocado purée elevated their freshness. -Lobster Bisque (+HKD60)The soup had an aromatic smell, but some found it quite salty. -Entrees:-Roasted Prime Rib of Beef au jus - Hong Kong CutCooked to medium-rare, the steak was prettily presented with its pinkish meat and perfect cut. Well-seasoned, tender and succulent, it paired nicely with the smooth mashed potatoes and crunchy Yorkshire pudding, esp when soaked in the gravy sauce. Some colleagues added HKD60 for Creamed Corn/Creamed Spinach, both of which were incredibly creamy. The corn was sweet while the spinach was savoury. -Dessert:-Warm Chocolate Fantasy CakeServed with vanilla ice cream, the cake had a thick and rich chocolate cream at its core, and it was not too heavy. -Crème Brulé Topped with strawberry and blueberries, the dessert had a caramelised sugar coat. It tasted pretty standard and was quite milky. As it was some of our colleagues' bday, they offered bday cake to us as well. The cake was a Soufflé Cheesecake, light and airy with a subtle sweetness. Its presentation was delicate too. .The steakhouse has a red and gold colour tone, creating a grand, classical and elegant ambiance. The waiters were attentive and professional. If you celebrate your bday there, they will offer a small bday cake and an instant picture, and even sing bday song to you🤣~

位於中環皇后大道中,環境優雅,充滿高檔餐廳的氛圍。餐廳內部裝潢典雅,柔和的燈光和舒適的座椅,讓人感到放鬆。窗外的城市景觀亦增添了用餐的情調,非常適合商務宴請或慶祝特別的日子。餐廳地處中環的核心地帶,交通非常便利。無論是搭乘地鐵或巴士,都能輕鬆抵達。服務員熱情友善,隨時準備滿足顧客的需求。他們對菜單的了解非常透徹,能夠給予專業建議,令整個用餐體驗更為愉快。今日食咗午餐餐前的熱辣餐包是必試之選,外脆內軟,搭配上特製的奶油,香氣四溢。我選擇了,蟹肉忌廉湯,湯底濃郁,裡面還有大量新鮮的蟹肉,口感鮮美,讓人意猶未盡。主菜是特級牛肉,香港式薄切的牛肉肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,搭配上自製的醬汁,更添風味。最後,甜品朱古力蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕,巧克力味濃郁,雪糕的清新口感和蛋糕相得益彰,完美結束了這頓美味的午餐。總結Lawry’s The Prime Rib 是一個值得推薦的高級餐廳,無論是環境、服務還是菜品都令人滿意,非常適合各類型的聚會。

I tried Lawry's HSBC's credit card one-for-one menu and loved it! The blue prawn tartare with caviar was fresh and luxurious, while the scallop tartlet and crabmeat avocado roll were delicious starters. The spinning bowl salad was fun to watch and crisp. The clam chowder was creamy and rich. The star—California cut prime rib—was tender, juicy, and perfectly roasted. Ending with the coconut honeydew dessert was refreshing. Also added lobster tail which is flavorsome. Service was attentive, making the experience even better. For a high-quality meal with great value (thanks to the promo!), Lawry's is a must-try for steak lovers!

位於中環嘅過江龍高級餐廳,環境服務都反映到佢既級數。 由上樓嘅電梯或者旋轉樓梯,門口接待,到安排坐既位置,都恰如其分。招牌 prime ribs 可按喜好選擇厚薄同生熟情度。 推介 medium,至於厚薄,就揀最厚切 (咁當然以食得晒為前提啦)。 因為越厚切,越能有效鎖住肉汁。 而且最厚既 diamond cut 所帶嚟嘅視覺震撼,同薄薄一片燒牛肉完全冇得比。 據聞美國仲有 double diamond,咁就真係唔知咩人先食得晒喇。 牛肉鮮嫩多汁,中心剛剛好粉嫩,對於喜好牛嘅真係冇得頂。至於前菜嘅旋轉沙律,用料新鮮不在講,溝沙律同轉果下,都真係好有趣嘅表演。
