Avocado & Lobster Roll作為avocado lover點可以錯過呢味🥑 牛油果熟得啱啱好👌🏻包住龍蝦肉再配埋caviar同三文魚子一齊食口感同味道都好豐富，仲有清新嘅柚子sauce👍🏻唯一唔好嘅係蝦肉較當削，唔夠新鮮.Steak Tartare with Sea Urchin我自己隊晒成份！😍Well seasoned beef tartare goes so well with the fresh and sweet uni.Razor Clams賣相好精緻😍呢味係冷盤黎架☝🏻聖子鮮甜爽口，配上酸酸甜甜嘅柚子汁同青蘋果粒好開胃。呢個價錢有四隻，我覺得ok👌🏻.Butterfield Spanish Red Prawn紅蝦都係tapas必食，佢嗰種香濃嘅蝦味真係其他品種食唔到🦐好食係好食！不過呢到$200一隻而處理方法只係燒下就覺得over priced!

讚1. 野食係唔錯噃！紅蝦好味，湯底清，蝦肉生熟度剛剛好，杏仁湯好清新，涼涼地好合夏天飲，鴿肉好滑，可能有啲人嫌生，但我又覺得剛剛好，好滑，醬汁好重黑椒味，檸檬雪糕好味！加左橄欖油雖然有啲意大利feel，但好開胃2. 大廚雖然口音重左啲，但成日都會走黎問個客啲野煮成點，又勁解釋啲野食咁，的確係有交流3. Cava泡沫好幼滑彈1. 座位近門口，一開門就有熱風湧入黎，好熱！2. 有啲野食麻麻地，魚唔太得，魚肉嫩但皮唔脆，紅菜頭汁唔太夾3. 性價比低左啲，千幾銀其實有舊牛或豬會好啲噃

生日朋友帶了我去吃fine dinner餐廳環境寬敞，且非常浪漫，可以欣賞維園園景色首先我們叫了一個牛油果沙律卷同海膽tuna tartar真係太好味，份量雖然不多但每一樣都好精緻。仲有呢個鵝肝小漢堡，配合餐廳自製醬汁，整個搭配超好味，好夾。主菜我哋選擇了羊架，海鮮西班牙飯同及廚師推介日式和牛。海鮮西班牙飯當中的海鮮並不多，而且表現並不突出。羊架肉質鮮嫩，沒有騷味。最驚喜的是和牛選擇了五成熟，肉質鮮嫩，真係超級無敵好食，雖然價錢並不便宜但非常推介喔。因為當天是我生日，朋友還叫了一些甜品給我。餐廳很貼心的送了一支煙花蠟燭，拍照一流😻

唔知係D客嘅問題定個場嘅問題，真係好嘈！入到去係覺得扮高級嘅low場！D人打扮斯文，但個個都好大聲講嘢! 至於食物：人爪魚，好食，淋，唔似香口膠因為3個人食唔曬一隻suckling pig🐷 ，於是叫咗個suckling pig嘅tapas! 真心估唔到嘅好食！toast 同 豬 都係又香又脆！西班牙炒飯就一般般，唔食又好似唔係幾好，但$500三只紅蝦同6粒花甲，性價比又差咗D呢個cheese cake 真心值得等，要15分鐘！熱辣辣，又濃又香嘅芝士！同一般凍冰冰cheese cake totally different! 真心，食物ok but not the best, 但環境真係好嘈，唔好成口話D國語人嘈，D英文本地專材亦不見得靜！

came back here for lunch and the last serving time is 2:30pm. The services are pretty bad they’re all quite rude without smiling but the food made up for it. There was a salad bar during lunch and they had a good selection we were super full after, this place was pretty packed as well

Came for some light food and they were all great 👍🏻 the eggs 🍳 , avocado 🥑 lobster salad and octopus 🐙 were all amazing small dishes the only downside was that we had to sit on the high tables by the open kitchen so it was really hot and uncomfortable that’s why we couldn’t stay long.

週年紀念食好d，今次試下西班牙菜，呢度有好多海鮮為主菜牛油果龍蝦肉卷，新鮮龍蝦肉配上凍龍蝦湯汁食好夾5J 100% Bellota Jamon Iberica，每次去西班牙餐廳都會試試，火腿慢慢咀嚼出甜味，分量唔細,只係較乾身欠油潤感呢個包包夾住鵝肝同埋海膽，唔油膩本來想試下呢度嘅乳豬，但分量幾大，可以轉食羊架，皮好脆配菜：燒露荀及青椒呢個熱熟churros 外脆內軟配雪糕

環境嚟講都坐得舒服，唔算多人。食客斯文，職員都友善。門口有位講廣東話的接待小姐要讚有禮貌，而且給食客一個好印象是一個午餐美麗的開始Set Lunch 大約$3xx一個人，4 course 。Appetiser 可以揀Onion Soup 或者 appetiser Buffet，所以係一個semi-buffet lunch ，响中環嚟講，呢個價物超所值！首先，坐近窗，就有美麗海景，心情都特別好。幾位外藉waitress 都服務好！Tapas有 anchovies , marinated salmon, Spanish cheese ,toast，salami 等等，味道一般。有幾款Salad 都幾好，夠新鮮，乾淨，但beef tartar 就有少少出水，影響口感同味道。最好食係Parma Ham，係好有水準生果有西瓜，哈蜜瓜，菠蘿，三樣都好甜好多汁，個chef 一邊切一邊話Spanish fruits!!!Main course 叫左wagyu beef cheek同seafood paella ，beef cheek比paella做得好好多。paella 有點失望，同响西班牙食同响香港

Isola搬遷左去二樓，泥La rambla之前我唔知同Catalunya有關係，食完覺得兩間都好味，La rambla各方面做得更好得唔得意？好多人忍唔住影返張D顏色配搭係我鍾意既，好柔和舒服。叫兩個set lunch share先首先出現既係餐飲，好少覺得檸茶好飲，但d檸檬味係好清新鮮甜，可能係我幻覺湯係侍應慢慢倒俾客人既，偏咸，紅洋蔥好甜，多士好勁芝士味飲湯飲耐左，飲完即刻就上main course 個汁好濃稠，偏咸，d牛頰肉又好冧好嫩，d truffle parmentier （應該係松露薯蓉之類）好滑，好香濃每一啖都係享受（請容許我甘誇張）😂上碟時熱辣辣⚠️個名係好普通，但味道唔簡單，隻蝦好嫩滑，好鮮，d汁又係好勁惹味，個殻吸晒味其他海鮮同個飯顯得普通，但都ok既。留意返份量唔係超大穫果種，適合1-2人食。最後個甜品好迷你😂 係咪我地太大食？有人係食唔晒既⋯兩款都好味食完仲坐左兩個鐘，冇人趕我地走，等我地過左一個悠閒既下午如果你鍾意我今次既分享，請你馬上立即宜家就俾個♥️同關注我😬按我個頭像然後按「關注」🙇🏻‍♀️

It is my second time to come to La Rambla for lunch. La Rambla is relatively new and conveniently located in IFC Mall. We went to this place on a recommendation by a colleague, I had never heard of La Rambla before and didn't know what to expect. Of course, I have eaten Spanish food before but it can vary greatly from one restaurant to another, so I was prepared for it to be a hit or miss. The girl who pick up the phone is very rude. 簡值就係趕客, 想同佢講話要張靜D既枱同好境D, 我都未講完就話我同你MARK 低, 但唔可以保證, 我見佢話MARK低, 我就問佢你MARK低D咩我都未聽完, 佢話你要好境D既枱, 我話我未講完, 佢話唔可以保證 ..... 一路講, 跟本就唔比人講野又話多過7個人要留credit card, 叫我比電郵, 寄資料比我. 我一路講電郵D英文字母, D語氣差到無人有, 最后實在忍唔住, 問佢叫乜名先收線. 最后都係無去食.  我係太嬲要即時開OPENRICE戶口寫留言, 我訂枱訂得多, 得一次真心覺得表現太差了, 可能人地高尚餐廳要講英文訂枱, 一聽到香港人英文, 語氣都唔太客氣.
