I received a pack of assorted cookies from my friend as gift. It is a pleasant surprise. According to my friend, i-Bakery is a social enterprise under Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. It provides employment opportunities to the disabled. The cookies taste very good; fresh and free of preservatives. They are as good as those supplied by famous hotels. Next time when I want to indulge myself, I shall order cookies from the I-Bakery and offer them to my friends as gifts It feels good to support social enterprises and help those who help themselves. 仲有啲4個裝的包，$16 有4個！抵呀。本身唔打算買包包食，但見咁抵、又想支持下社企，所以買咗個「小紅莓包包包包」。「東華三院」呀，真社企是也。包包扭紋靚，又好「實在」唔係食空氣，唔太油，好包呀！試完之後，唔再會只因為「社企」而支持，而是因為又抵又高質而支持。上環打工仔們，去Pret 之前，可以黎望下先呀

我一向食開的 Bagel，都會走到 McCafe 及 Pacific Coffee，兩者貨色有烘熱之餘，我亦要求加 cream cheese 才變得美味起來，後者要加 $4㗎！這裡沒有烘熱及 cream cheese，包質密度高的 Bagel 口感及口味即時失色不少！
包質顯得乾身又帶煙韌，不討好呢！
朱古力圓圈包 Bagel $12經翻熱後，口感更勝一籌！
穀物合桃包 $20多穀物包括：亞麻籽、南瓜籽、合桃碎、白芝麻、燕麥...等，用料十足！店員為食客切開包身，方便進食！
