Waited at the lobby until the bar opened at 6, we tried out this mysterious bar in the hotel.We ordered two signature cocktails: The Gamble ($125)、The Yamen ($130). For The Yamen, the first sip you can taste the sweetness of honey, accompanied by the nice kick of cognac, followed by a faint hint of osmanthus, which is quite balanced in flavours. 率先黎試下Rosewood hotel 既dark side ,九點零已坐滿人，好彩等一陣就成功入座。一坐低，職員就給我們Welcome drinks , 首先入口帶酸的，after taste 好強烈，細細杯唔夠喉每枱客人送上小食， 及朱古力， 有dark chocolate, 車厘子及開心果味既朱古力，每粒都不能錯過， 每粒入口第一個感覺已滑溜溜， 內裡朱古力香濃細滑，還有特設一個chocolate corner 比人參觀，估唔到免費🆓都如此質素個人唔鐘意olive ，老公就話好唔錯。Service 非常好， 職員細心介紹飲品，朱古力來源，連cocktails 偏甜偏酸既味道， bartender 亦有考慮而去調酒，幾貼心入返正題，我就點杯Hemingway daiquiri, 一飲就有lime , grapefruit 味，甜甜酸酸好開胃， 唔岩飲太濃既你試得過杯中既車厘子大家記得一試、看似平平無奇，原來每粒都用whiskey 浸過， 建議先咬一半, 頂唔頂得住😆頭一啖比較嗆喉， 但又幾過癮，兩者又出奇地夾老公叫杯old fashioned 表現中規中矩， 杯中既冰睇真係佢地lo
